Abstract: The present invention provides a kind of sleeping pillow complying with the spinal medical theories, including the pillow case and fillers. The space enclosed by the said pillow case is divided into the isolated head bearing area and neck bearing area, and the said head bearing area is divided into the middle dented face-up sleeping head bearing area and the side sleeping head bearing area whose sides are higher. The said neck bearing area is divided into the face-up sleeping neck bearing area set in the middle and the side sleeping neck bearing area set on both sides of the said face-up sleeping neck bearing area. The height of the said the side sleeping neck bearing area is not lower than that of the said face-up sleeping neck bearing area.
