The method in embodiments of this application includes a data request device sends a first request to a blockchain platform, where the first request indicates that the data request device needs to access a data storage device. The data request device receives first permission information sent by the blockchain platform, where the first permission information indicates whether the data request device has permission to access the data storage device. If the first permission information indicates that the data request device has the permission to access the data storage device, the data request device sends a second request to the data storage device, where the second request includes an access address.

    Abstract: A floating latticework is suitable for a latticework, a truss-frame structure and a net-shell structure over water. The floating latticework is the combination of a latticework (1) and a floating structure (2), or members of the latticework (1) in themselves are able to float. The floating structure (2) makes the latticework (1) floated over water, the surface of upper chords of which is in form of a platy structure or covered and fixed with a platy structure, as a plane used for loading. There is an advantage that the space-structure floating body is less influenced by wind and wave, which go through its space. A ship structure and a cofferdam structure are parallel solutions with the above solution. Their skeletons are net-shell structure, wherein they are provided with high structural strength.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a condensing heat-exchange copper tube for a flooded type electrical refrigeration unit, which comprises a smooth surface portion, a finned portion provided with plurality of fins and a transitional portion connecting the smooth surface portion to the finned portion. Said fin includes a fin base close to the outer surface of the heat-exchange tube and a fin top away from the outer surface. Said fin is further provided with a secondary fin at the central portion of the fin and a third fin at the top portion of the fin, wherein a certain distance is provided between two axially adjacent secondary fins or two axially adjacent third fins. Secondary fins as well as third fins according to the invention further increase the heat transfer area for the heat-exchange tube. Meanwhile, secondary fins and third fins help to attenuate the condensate film such that the condensate film is substantially eliminated, and vapor condensation and heat transfer may be carried out in a better way.
