    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a thermal switch system and application thereof in improving yield of amino acid, and particularly relates to a method for improving the yield of amino acid by regulating intracellular metabolic flux distribution using the thermal switch system, which belongs to the technical fields of genetic engineering and microbial fermentation. The system rebalances metabolic flux between pyruvate and oxaloacetate by controlling heterologous expression of pyruvate carboxylase and in combination with chemical properties that oxaloacetate is temperature-sensitive and easy to decarboxylate, and dynamically regulates a central metabolic pathway to ensure the supply of reducing cofactors, so as to promote the production of L-threonine. Temperature-controlled threonine-producing strains TWF106/pFT24rp and TWF113/pFT24rpa1 obtained in the disclosure have threonine molar conversion rates of 111.78% and 124.03% respectively.

    Abstract: An ozone purification catalyst, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof are provided. The catalyst coating uses macroporous, high specific surface and CeO2 and/or La2O3 modified Al2O3 as the carrier material, and Mn and/or Pd as the active component. The preparation method is to prepare the Al2O3-based material by a sol-gel method, and then to load the active components on the carrier material, and to dry, calcinate and solidify to obtain the ozone purification catalyst. The catalysts as prepared shows a fast and efficient purification of ozone. The complete conversion temperature covers a wide range of temperature. The catalyst has excellent texture performance, high specific surface area and large pore volume, which is beneficial to ozone purification when the car is running at high speed. The particle sizes and colors of the catalyst can be modified according to various requirements.

A force transfer path can be established via connection between the expansion seat and sealing sleeve, so that expandable tubular weight is borne on the drill string. Unintentional expansion of the expandable tubular, caused by interaction between expandable tubular and expansion cone, can be avoided.

    Abstract: An AFI-CHA hybrid crystal molecular sieve and an NH3-SCR catalyst using the AFI-CHA hybrid crystal molecular sieve as a carrier, and preparation methods thereof are disclosed. The AFI-CHA hybrid crystal molecular sieve includes an AFI-type SAPO-5 molecular sieve and a CHA-type SAPO-34 molecular sieve, with hybrid crystal grains of AFI and CHA. The hybrid crystal molecular sieve is synthesized by a hydrothermal synthesis method and can be obtained by changing the structure directing agent, the heating rate and the calcinating temperature in the preparation process. Further, copper is loaded on the basis of the hybrid crystal molecular sieve to prepare copper-based NH3-SCR catalyst and corresponding monolithic catalyst. The catalytic activity and hydrothermal stability of the catalyst are significantly improved by the hybrid crystal molecular sieve.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses the application of an ursodeoxycholic acid and its pharmaceutical salt in the preparation of an antitumor drug and an antitumor drug. Through research, it is discovered that ursodeoxycholic acid and its pharmaceutical salt have good inhibition effect on a variety of tumor cells, and further research reveals that they function by reducing the proportion of regulatory T cells in tumor infiltrating lymphocytes. Therefore, ursodeoxycholic acid can be used in the preparation of an antitumor drug. Besides, as a clinically used choleretic drug, ursodeoxycholic acid does not require clinical safety evaluation, and has good application prospects. It can also be used as an ancillary drug to improve the therapeutic effect of anti-PD-1 drugs.

    Abstract: A polyolefin polymer comprising one or more terminal polymerizable methacryloyl groups (i.e. tethered to the main body of the polymer) and a novel process for preparing same are herein disclosed. A hyperbranched polyethylene polymer and a process for preparing same are also disclosed. The polymer is prepared by a novel one-pot copolymerization reaction of an olefin, such as ethylene, and a heterobifunctional comonomer comprising a methacryloyl group, catalyzed by a late transition metal ?-diimine catalyst which is selectively non-reactive towards methacryloyl groups. The process allows for preparation of polymers with various chain topologies, including linear, branched, and hyperbranched topologies. The terminal methacryloyl groups within the polymer are reactive in further polymerization reactions. Thus, the polymer may be used in materials and applications which require cross-linking or further polymerization, for example, UV/thermal/radical curable crosslinkers for use in thermoset applications.

    Abstract: A method is described for path selection in communications networks with multiple QoS metrics. This method takes an additive metric (say, cost) as a path minimization target and a concave metric (say, bandwidth) as a minimum requirement for each link. A potential objective is to find a path between a source node and a destination node in a communications network such that the bandwidth of each link in the path exceeds a bandwidth requirement and the cost of the path is minimized. The method eliminates from consideration those links whose available bandwidth does not exceed a required bandwidth. The method then reassigns the cost of those links whose available bandwidth does not exceed a function of the required bandwidth. A path from the source node to the destination node is then selected, using only links still under consideration, corresponding to a path wherein cost is minimized.

    Abstract: A method is described for route computation in Communications Networks with multiple QoS metrics. This method takes a metric (say, cost) as an optimization target and the other metric (say, delay) as a constraint. A communication network with multiple QoS metrics associated to its links is modelled as a graph with multiple QoS metrics as weights associated to its links. The method associates constraints with nodes in the graph after generating a minimum spanning tree based at a destination node using Dijkstra's algorithm with the constraint metric as link weight. A set is populated with nodes whose path to the destination node satisfies given constraints while endeavouring to optimize another QoS metric. A path may be computed by selecting, from the set, the destination node and associated predecessor nodes through to the start node. The algorithm of the method is very efficient and its computational complexity is O(n2).
