    Abstract: The present invention discloses an encapsulated duct cable with identification tags and a manufacturing method thereof. The logging encapsulated duct cable comprises an encapsulation layer. The cross section of the encapsulation layer is polygonal or arc-shaped. At least one cable protective tube and at least one oil-liquid tube are arranged in the encapsulation layer. A cable is arranged in the cable protective tube. Identification tags with different color identifiers are respectively arranged on one side of the cable protective tube and one side of the oil-liquid tube in one to one correspondence. The manufacturing method of the logging encapsulated duct cable mainly comprises three steps of machining the cable protective tube and paving the cable pavement, machining the oil-liquid tube, and machining the encapsulation layer. The present invention has double functions of conveying the oil and the liquid and transmitting the data.

The multichannel composite coiled tubing includes three inner pipes and an insulator, where the insulator is provided therein with a plurality of the inner pipes; the insulator is nested inside a sheath; a protective layer is welded outside the sheath; a compressive layer is welded outside the protective layer; a plurality of armored tubes are bonded to the outside of the compressive layer; a fiber layer is bonded to the outside of the armored tubes. In the present invention, the operation and test procedures are simple, the pressure is easy to measure, and a water injection additive can be easily selected to match different reservoirs. In addition, the coiled tubing is insulated, satisfying pressure transmission and logging through two cables. The compressive layer and the armored tube are convenient for extending the life of the tubing.

After being preheated in a sectional manner and quenched and tempered, laser-welded low-carbon alloy steel coiled tubing is spray cooled, and then is tempered to obtain homogeneous silvery coiled tubing. Microstructural uniformity of the silvery coiled tubing after the treatment is greatly improved in a welding seam region, a heat sensing region, and a tube wall, situations in which an outer surface of the coiled tubing is burnt and oxidized in the homogenization process are reduced, and a service life of the coiled tubing is prolonged. Moreover, homogeneous coiled tubing with different yield strengths and tensile strengths can be obtained by changing a temperature of the tempering, so that production costs are reduced.
