    Abstract: A power connector includes an insulating body and a power terminal module. The power terminal module includes a first power terminal and a second power terminal. The first power terminal includes a first elastic arm, a second elastic arm, a first abutting arm and a second abutting arm. The second power terminal includes a third elastic arm, a fourth elastic arm and a space between the third elastic arm and the fourth elastic arm. The first elastic arm and the second elastic arm extend into the space. The first abutting arm abuts against the third elastic arm. The second abutting arm abuts against the fourth elastic arm. As a result, the power connector has greater plugging force and better heat dissipation performance.

    Abstract: A dense thick alloy coating with no layered organizational structure and a preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method includes the following steps: step 1, placing a substrate in a plasma spraying apparatus, controlling a vacuum degree of the plasma spraying apparatus to be 0.2 mbar-0.5 mbar, controlling a length of a plasma flame of the plasma spraying apparatus to be 1000 mm-1200 mm, and controlling a diameter of the plasma flame to be 200 mm-300 mm; step 2, preheating, by using a plasma spray gun, the substrate to a temperature of 700° C.-1000° C. to obtain a preheated substrate; step 3, plasma spraying an alloy powder on the preheated substrate under a specific plasma spraying condition to obtain a sprayed substrate; and step 4, cooling the sprayed substrate after the plasma spraying, to thereby obtain the dense thick alloy coating without layered organizational structure.

    Abstract: A titanium alloy blade tip with a wear-resistant protective coating and a preparation method thereof are provided. The method includes: (1) spraying MCrAlY alloy powder on a surface of a titanium alloy blade tip by high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) spraying at a spraying distance of 300-400 mm to obtain the titanium alloy blade tip with a MCrAlY layer on the surface; where M is one of Ni and NiCo; (2) pre-plating Ni at a current density of 4-10 A/dm2; (3) placing the pre-plated titanium alloy blade tip in a Watt solution, covering a surface of the pre-plated titanium alloy blade tip obtained in the step (2) with abrasive particles, and then performing composite electroplating at a current density of 0.5-2 A/dm2. In the method, the wear-resistant protective coating with the high adhesion strength is prepared on the titanium alloy blade tip, and the wear-resistant protective coating has good wear resistance.

    Abstract: A continuous operation method is employed for the microwave high-temperature pyrolysis of a solid material containing an organic matter. The method includes the steps of mixing a solid material containing an organic matter with a liquid organic medium; transferring the obtained mixture to a microwave field; and in the microwave field, continuously contacting the mixture with a strong wave absorption material in an inert atmosphere or in vacuum. The strong wave absorption material continuously generates a high temperature under a microwave such that the solid material containing an organic matter and the liquid organic medium are continuously pyrolyzed to implement a continuous operation.
