    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method of sampling pixels of an image. The method includes: determining a target area on the image; and sampling pixels from the target area, comprising: sorting background pixels based on a first spectral feature and divide them into a first number of groups; sorting target pixels based on a second spectral feature and divide them into a second number of groups; sampling background pixels from each of the first number of groups; and sampling target pixels from each of the second number of groups.
