  • Patent number: 8333018
Abstract: The present invention discloses a composition for enhancing evaporation of a solution and a method thereof. A far-infrared ray is released by a far-infrared releasing substance in the composition so as to induce evaporation of the solution. The far-infrared releasing substance may be ceramic minerals and mainly comprises 80˜99.9 wt % of oxide minerals including 60˜95 wt % of the aluminum oxide. The present invention can enhance evaporation of the solution by a simple physical method. Hence, the present invention not only promotes the application of the products but also reduces the pollutants generated by a chemical reaction, thereby achieving the object of protecting the environment from the pollution.

  • Publication number: 20100167400
Abstract: A composition and a method for increasing intracellular nitric oxide is provided. The composition comprises a far-infrared ray releasing substance composed mainly of an oxide mineral for releasing a far-infrared ray, wherein the composition promotes generation of the nitric oxide via irradiation of the far-infrared ray from the far-infrared ray releasing substance. In another aspect, the method comprises setting an effective amount of a far-infrared ray releasing substance in a place close to a cell with an appropriate distance, and incubating the far-infrared ray releasing substance with the cell for a specific period, wherein the appropriate distance lies in an irradiation range of the far-infrared ray releasing substance.

  • Publication number: 20060092416
Abstract: The in-situ micro-spectro-sensor determines whether a leakage occurs during the plasma process by taking the advantage of detecting the target leak in gas specifically composed of 99% of nitrogen and oxygen which are four to one in ratio. Warning signals with light and sound are available. The main part is compact, small and set up is quite convenient. Non-invasive in-situ detection has no effect on in-line process, but can indeed breakthrough the in-situ leak detection barrier for plasma-based process facilities of high-tech industries such as semiconductors and opto-electronics.

  • Patent number: 6493070
Abstract: This invention discloses an in-situ monitoring method on the layer uniformity of sputter coatings in a vacuum chamber based on deconvolution of measuring plasma emission spectra. The method of the present invention started from an Ar-normalized Sr intensity distribution derived from deconvoluting the plasma spectra by using Abel inversion method, which was considered as the spatial distribution of the sputtering mass of the source target. The thickness profile on the substrate was then calculated with n-th power of cosine law model. It was observed good agreement between the calculated thickness profile based on spectroscopic measurement and experimental observation. The film uniformity for the same sputter conditions can be monitored by comparing in-situ measurement of Ar-normalized Sr intensity distribution with the standard curve, or by directly calculating thickness distribution on the substrates.
