    Abstract: Provided is an ultraviolet device packaging structure, including: a substrate, a light-emitting cup, a UV light-emitting diode (LED) chip, a protection chip, and a detection chip. The substrate is provided with a front surface circuit layer on a front surface and an electric bonding pad on a rear surface. An inner wall of the light-emitting cup is a light-concentrating reflecting surface. The light-emitting cup is open at both ends, one end of the light-emitting cup is a light-emitting port, and the other end is fixedly disposed on the front surface of the substrate. The UV LED chip, the protection chip, the detection chip are all disposed in a functional region of the front surface circuit layer. The detection chip and the protection chip are both located at a side of the UV LED chip that is away from the light-emitting port. A lens is fixedly disposed at the light-emitting port.

The modelled terrain includes a first type of area in which external communication devices can be located, and a second type of area representing obstacles arranged to affect communication between the wireless communication devices and the external communication device. The method also includes determining, based on a criteria, respective installation locations of the wireless communication devices in the modelled terrain so as to determine a layout of the wireless communication network in the terrain.

The control device generates based on the application message, a MQTT publish packet and sends the MQTT publish packet to the at least one target gateway, where the MQTT publish packet is used to instruct a target gateway that receives the MQTT publish packet to send a corresponding application message to each target terminal that is connected to the target gateway and that belongs to the target logical group.

    Abstract: A high-concentration multi-junction solar cell and method for fabricating same is provided. The high-concentration multi-junction solar cell comprises a top cell, an intermediate cell, a bottom cell and two tunneling junctions connecting the top cell and intermediate cell and the intermediate cell and bottom cell. The emitter layers of the top and intermediate cells both employ the graded doping concentrations and have high open circuit voltage and short circuit current. The top cell emitter layer is over several hundred nanometers thicker than that of the traditional multi-junction cell so as to decrease the whole series resistance of the multi-junction cell, improve the fill factor, and gain higher photoelectric conversion efficiency.
