    Abstract: A charging seat lead frame comprises a frame body and a first electrical connection member. The first electrical connection member includes a first elastic clamp and a first connection part. The first elastic clamp includes a pair of elastic arms exposed from the frame body for clamping a first signal terminal. The first connection part is fixed in the frame body and is connected to the pair of elastic arms of the first elastic clamp. A support part is formed on the frame body and protrudes towards the end part of the elastic arm to limit the deformation amount of the elastic arm.

    Abstract: An electric connection member includes an electric transmission body having a shape of a hollow tube, a first connection end connected to a first end of the electric transmission body, and a second connection end connected to a second end of the electric transmission body. The electric connection member is an integral piece. An inner cavity of the electric transmission body serves as a flow channel for a cooling fluid. A first fluid through-hole and a second fluid through-hole are formed in a pair of circumferential walls at the first end and the second end of the electric transmission body. The cooling fluid flows into the electric transmission body through one of the first fluid through-hole and the second fluid through-hole and flow out of the electric transmission body through the other.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a friction-reducing and anti-wear composite material for a wading kinematic pair and a method of preparing the same. The friction-reducing and anti-wear composite material is prepared from carbon fiber (CF) among inorganic fillers, polyimide (PI) and polyether ether ketone (PEEK). These three materials are wet-mixed, dried and placed in a mold followed by curing by a heat press. The cured product is cooled and demolded to obtain the CF/PI/PEEK friction-reducing and anti-wear composite material for a wading kinematic pair. Tribological properties of the PEEK material are enhanced due to synergistic effect arising from hybrid organic-inorganic filling. The friction-reducing and anti-wear composite material provided in the invention has significantly reduced friction coefficient and wear volume loss under the seawater environment.
