  • Publication number: 20200207875
Abstract: Methods for preparing a recombinant protein from a bacterium are provided. The method includes constructing an expression vector including two promoters. Each of the two promoters attaches a secretion signal peptide to one polypeptide of a protein. The protein attached with the two promoters and secretion signal peptides is then cloned into the expression vector to provide a recombinant expression plasmid. The recombinant expression plasmid is transformed into a host cell. A fermentation process is performed to grow the host cell and to induce an expression to synthesize polypeptides in the host cell and to transport the polypeptides to an outside of a cytoplasm of the host cell, such that the polypeptides are released in a soluble form in a growth medium of the host cell. The polypeptides are assembled into a three-dimensional structure of the protein. The protein is captured from the growth medium.

  • Publication number: 20190326637
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of lithium-ion battery, and particularly, to an electrolytic solution and a lithium-ion battery including the electrolytic solution. The electrolytic solution includes additives, and the additives include an additive A and an additive B. The additive A forms a film on the surface of the positive electrode and effectively prevents interface side reactions at the positive electrode. Comparing with the additive A, the additive B is preferentially reduced to form a film at the negative electrode, avoiding an increase in impedance and deterioration of cycling dynamic performance, etc., caused by film formation of the additive A on the negative electrode. The combination of the additive A and additive B imparts the battery with a reduced gas production, a higher capacity retention rate and a lower impedance at high temperature.

Abstract: An intelligent locking device comprises a microprocessor, a locking element and a control button electrically connected to the microprocessor respectively. The locking element locks a removable HDD to a computer. The control button generates trigger signals in response to manual push thereon. When receiving the trigger signal, the microprocessor detects whether there is data transferring between the removable HDD and the computer, if there is data transferring, the microprocessor terminates data transferring and then sends a driving signal to the locking element; if not, the microprocessor directly sends a driving signal to the locking element. When receiving the driving signal, the locking element releases the lock between the removable HDD and the computer to permit the removable HDD to be safely ejected. Meanwhile, a removable HDD receiving system with the locking device and a method for preventing the removable HDD from being wrongly ejected from the receiving system are disclosed.
