    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of energy materials, and relates to a preparation method of a solid electrolyte, in particular to a method for forming a membrane by using an electrolyte to activate a porous powder material prepared by in-situ polymerization of a polymer on the surfaces of cellulose nanocrystals, and then hot-pressing. According to the technical solution of the present disclosure, cellulose nanocrystals are used as templates, the powder material with a porous structure is prepared by in-situ polymerization growth of the polymer on the surfaces of the cellulose nanocrystals, a small amount of electrolyte is used to activate the powder, and the solid electrolyte is prepared by hot-pressing membrane formation. The solid electrolyte prepared by the present disclosure has excellent electrochemical performance and mechanical performance, and a broad application prospect.

The method comprises the following steps: (a) cooling the coke-cooling wastewater produced in a delayed coking process to 5-55° C. under 0.1-0.25 MPa absolute pressure, to obtain cooled coke-cooling wastewater; (b) subjecting the cooled coke-cooling wastewater to solid-liquid separation, to obtain a coke breeze phase and a liquid phase; (c) further separating the obtained liquid phase, to obtain an oil phase and a water phase; and (d) further discharging water from the obtained oil phase, to obtain the separated oil phase. The present invention also provides an equipment for carrying out the method.

    Abstract: A method of installing a threaded fastener from one side of a hole through a substrate. The fastener includes a collar and a bolt having a head, a threaded tail portion and a tool engagement portion extending from the tail. The method includes: (a) engaging the tool engagement portion with a bolt engagement portion of a tool (b) passing the bolt through to the far side of the hole and supporting it there by way of the tool, (c) passing the collar through the hole while supporting it with the tool; (d) assembling the bolt and collar to form the threaded fastener having a head larger than the hole; (e) engaging a nut to tighten the fastener; and (f) detaching the tool from the fastener. Separation of the bolt engagement portion and the tool engagement portion is prevented by a moveable member, which engages both portions.
