    Abstract: A rotor, a fabrication device thereof and a fabrication method therefor are provided. The fabrication device is used for coating diaphragms on the surface of rotor bodies. The fabrication device includes an upper mold, a lower mold, an opening and closing apparatus and a temperature control apparatus. The opening and closing apparatus controls the opening and closing of the upper mold and the lower mold, and the temperature control apparatus provides the temperature for the hot-melt fixation of the diaphragms. When at least one of the diaphragms and one of the rotor bodies are placed between the upper mold and the lower mold, and when the upper mold and the lower mold are closed, the diaphragm is held on magnetic steel and a limiting ring of the rotor body so as to form a rotor.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an infrared thermal image classification and hot spot positioning method of a photovoltaic panel, comprising following steps: constructing a photovoltaic panel infrared thermal image data set, preprocessing the image data set, and dividing into a training set and a testing set according to a preset proportion; training an auxiliary generating countermeasure network based on the training set to obtain a trained generator and a trained discriminator, training an encoder by combining the image data in the training set with the generator, and fixing the parameters of a trained encoder; inputting the image data in the test set into a trained discriminator to obtain a photovoltaic image classification result; inputting images in the test set into the trained encoder, and then inputting the images into the generator for a reconstruction; comparing pixels of the input images with the reconstructed infrared thermal images, and positioning hot spots.

    Abstract: The invention involves the technology of video digital image processing. With respect to the problem of larger error existed in the existing video image motion processing method, a video image motion processing method introducing global feature classification is provided. The video image motion processing method introducing global feature classification includes the following steps of: extracting local features of pixel points, including local motion features; extracting the global feature of an image; classifying the pixel points according to the obtained local features and the global feature; assigning correction parameters to the obtained types; correcting the local motion features by means of the obtained correction parameters. Another object of the invention is to provide a device for realizing the above video image motion processing method introducing global feature classification.
