  • Patent number: 8360642
Abstract: A ventilated bulk bag formed of a first fabric of interwoven yarns that define gaps therebetween to be air permeable, with a top panel formed of a second fabric of first yarns with a first cross-sectional shape and second yarns of a second cross-sectional shape interwoven in a second alliance to defines gaps adjacent the interwoven yarns, which gaps are apparent when viewed from an oblique angle relative to a plan view of the top panel, for keeping dust landing thereon from going through the gaps but allowing the top panel to ventilate air through the gaps.

  • Publication number: 20110229063
Abstract: All bulk bags (FIBC) are formed by U-Panel and Side Panels (if bag is circular design we use Main Body instead of U-Panel and Side Panels), Top and Discharge Spouts, Top Panel and Lifting Loops (Drawing 1/6). On this invention, I used the monofilament fabric instead of normal woven fabric as Top Panel to provide super air permeability. Research has proven that moisture (steam) moves from the bottom up, so the Top Panel will has to function for the moisture to escape. The top fabric being constructed with super air permeability will make the entire bag perform with the breath ability.

  • Publication number: 20070079552
Abstract: The Easy-Lift Garden bag appears as a soft vessel. This invention serves the purpose of replacing the hard plastic pot resembling vessel, which will environmentally change history of using hard plastic pots to grow flowers/trees/and plants. This product is waterproof, adhering to the correct process of growing flowers/trees/ and plants. By being well ventilated, and in the same instance allowing excess water to drain with keeping the suggested nurturing amount of moisture for the biology of the plant. Specifically I have designed two to four loops on the body of the Easy-Lift Garden bag, so it is convenient for non-manpower mechanism transportation. The finally conclusion the textiles of the Easy-Lift Garden bag is innocuous to the environment, and may be recycled. If we want to grow beautiful trees/plants/ and flowers, we as gardeners/biologists/nurserymen have to do our part to save the environment.

  • Publication number: 20060245672
Abstract: The working theory of the new bag is listed as follows: When the Multicoat Free Standing Bag is used to package the cargo in bulk, the frame sticks, like an umbrella, will be freestanding and keep the bag in a certain shape without the help of manpower or machine utilization, so it is easy to operate and convenient to use. When the bag is transporting or holding flowers or plants, it needs to have several blowholes in the bottom or several grommets in order to have the bag ventilating. Being that new free standing bag has several separated but flexible frame sticks inside its body, it can free stand and fold for easy storage purposes. It may also keep its mouth open without manpower or mechanical help. Meanwhile, it protects the cargo inside the bag like flowers and plants from being squeezed and damaged in the procession of holding, transporting and transferring. Comparing with the current packaging bag, it saves the manpower and is easier to take and use than before.
