Abstract: An agent service processing method and an Internet Protocol (IP) agent terminal are provided. The method includes the following steps: receiving, by an IP agent terminal, a user side media stream sent by a user terminal through an IP network; performing audio and video processing on the user side media stream according to a control command from a computer used by an agent ; sending the processed user side media stream to an external device used by the agent, and/or sending the processed user side media stream to the computer used by the agent through a computer peripheral interface of the computer used by the agent. By using the agent service processing method and the IP agent terminal, conversation quality of an agent service is ensured, while service flexibility is considered.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a system for selecting a ringback tone in real time and the system includes: a number receiver adapted to receive push-button information sent by a calling terminal when a ringback tone is played to the calling terminal and resolve the push-button information into received number information; and a controller adapted to control a ringback tone transmitted to the calling terminal according to personalized ringback tone information customized by a personalized ringback tone subscriber and the received number information. By using the above system, the calling terminal may easily select to listen to a personalized or traditional ringback tone by pressing the keyboard on the calling terminal. The present invention also discloses a method corresponding to the system.
