    Abstract: A small continuous angle adjuster. A neck ring is provided with a center point; a tooth surface of an outer tooth gear and a tooth surface of an inner tooth ring have a contact point; the center point and the contact point are connected to form a first connecting line; each tooth of the outer tooth gear is provided with a first working arc section, which is provided with a first arc section center point. Each tooth of the inner tooth ring is provided with a second working arc section, which is provided with a second arc section center point. The first arc section center point and the second arc section center point are connected to form a second connecting line. The contact point is located on the second connecting line. An included angle between the first connecting line and the second connecting line ranges from 85-95 degrees.
