    Abstract: An apparatus for processing a wafer is provided. The provided apparatus for processing a wafer includes a chamber, a first nozzle, a negative pressure chamber and a vacuum pump. The first nozzle is arranged in the chamber and configured to spray a drying agent to the wafer. The negative pressure chamber is located in the chamber. The vacuum pump is located outside of the chamber and connected with the negative pressure chamber through a pipeline. The negative pressure chamber is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the wafer, and a gas in the negative pressure chamber is sucked by the vacuum pump through the pipeline to generate a negative pressure in the chamber, so as to reduce a surface pressure of the drying agent sprayed onto the wafer by the first nozzle. A method for controlling processing of a wafer is also provided.

The method can also include identifying a copy of the video data, and launching one or more media players to present at least a portion of the copy of the video data on the one or more other remote communications devices. The one or more media players are launched to correspond to a location of the first media player on the shared portion of the desktop.

    Abstract: In accordance with one example, a presenter device is configured to participate in a collaboration session with one or more attendee devices. A change in an image displayed at a screen of the presenter device is detected and captured to produce a captured image. The captured image is compressed to form a compressed lossless file and first and second compressed lossy files. The compressed lossless file and the first compressed lossy file are transmitted to the one or more attendee devices, and a determination is made as to whether a further change to the image displayed at the screen occurs within a predetermined period of time. The compressed lossy file is transmitted to the one or more attendee devices when no further change to the image displayed at the screen occurs within the predetermined period of time.

    Abstract: This invention provides a multi-aperture carbon granule air purificant and production method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of air purification. The air purificant is made from carbon powder, attapulgite, sepiolite, zeolite, cationic surfactant, pore-forming agent, and bamboo vinegar. The rational design that carbon powder (including plant carbon and activated carbon) of the air purificant mentioned above is treated with nano minerals, attapulgite, sepiolite, zeolite and so on, improves plant carbon adsorption capacity (over 5 folds) and activated carbon adsorption capacity (over 2 folds). Moreover it has additional bactericidal and antibacterial actions besides for the effects of cationic surfactant and bamboo vinegar. Compared with other adsorbents under current techniques, this air purificant still holds high adsorption capacity even at high temperature and low partical pressure of adsorbates, and maintains the function of plant carbon's releasing anion and far infrared at the meantime.
