    Abstract: It is provided a recognition device for analyzing a starvation extent of a whiteleg shrimp based on underwater imaging, including a bracket, a camera mounted on a top of the bracket, a plurality of light sources for illumination, and a processor connected with the camera. The processor receives a shrimp image collected by the camera, extracts an edge image of the shrimp after the collected shrimp image is preprocessed, and calculates a movement speed of the shrimp and a quantity of baits after a head and a tail are recognized, to recognize starvation extent of the shrimp. It is also provided a recognition method for analyzing starvation extent of the whiteleg shrimp based on underwater imaging. The present disclosure may guide feeders to feed and realize reasonable culture for the shrimp, by capturing images of the shrimp in time and determining starvation the extent of shrimp.

    Abstract: Disclosed a preparation method of a green, biodegradable, and multifunctional collagen-based nanocomposite film, and overcomes the problems of difficult biodegradation, poor barrier property, and single function of food packaging materials in the existing technologies. The present invention includes the following steps: adding silicate nanosheet into deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion; then adding polyphenolic acid into the mixture, wherein a mass ratio of the polyphenolic acid to the silicate nanosheet is 1:(0.2˜1); and adjusting the pH value to 3.0˜4.0 to obtain a solution A; adding collagen with a concentration of 5 g/L into an acetic acid solution, and fully dissolving the collagen to obtain a solution B; isovolumetrically mixing the solution A with the solution B, stirring at room temperature, and adjusting the pH value to 4.5˜5.5 to obtain a casting solution; and pouring the casting solution into a polytetrafluoroethylene mold, and naturally drying to obtain a nanocomposite film.

In this invention, dual drug-loaded casein microcapsules is obtained via interfacial polymerization method, where drug-loaded casein can be used as outer shell material in capsule, and silica is served as inner shell in the capsule. In the obtained microcapsule, drugs can not only be loaded in the inner cavity, but also in casein shell. Application of the dual drug-loaded microcapsules in the treatment of diseases is expected to reduce the number of dose to a certain extent and improve the therapeutic effect.

Nano ZnO is regarded as the effective antibacterial agents because of its distinctive photocatalytic properties. However, the fast recombination of photo-generated electrons and holes on the surface of ZnO seriously affects antibacterial activities. Therefore, numerous methods such as controlling the size and morphology of ZnO, doping metal and nonmetal ions, coupling semiconductor, constructing heterojunction and surface modification have been used to increase the activity of ZnO. The application aims to synthesize a stable low-dimensional ZnO/GQD aqueous with excellent dispersity and enhanced absorption to further improve its antibacterial activities. Hence, amphiphilic polyethylenimine-functionalized graphene quantum dots (GQD-PEI) was prepared firstly, which was then used to transfer ZnO NPs to water to obtain water-soluble ZnO/GODs-PEI composites.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a poly silsesquioxane-acrylic nanocomposite auxiliary for leather process and its preparation method. By mixing octavinyl silsesquioxane, organic solvent, ammonium persulfate, distilled water and surfactant in one system, and adding acrylic acid dropwise into the mixing system, cooling to adjust pH to obtain poly silsesquioxane-acrylic nanocomposite auxiliary for leather process. The auxiliary obtained in this invention is easily to penetrate into gap of the collagen fibers, and forms nano and micro-scale combination with the leather collagen, which can further improve the multi-point combination of the acrylic polymer with the collagen. Thus, the filling property of the leather that treated by the auxiliary is improved without affect the yield of leather, and the chromium content in the waste water is significantly reduced.
