Specifically, a server sends a lock message carrying lock object information to a mobile terminal; the mobile terminal locks a lock object according to the lock message, the lock object corresponding to the lock object information. With the solutions provided in the embodiments of the invention, a server may lock information for a mobile terminal, so as to prevent other servers from manipulating the information.

The method includes receiving a charging request containing a type of a second method when the method for a user equipment to access a packet data network gateway has been changed from a first method to the second method; performing, based on the charging request, charging control over the used service units in a charging mode corresponding to the first method for the user equipment to access the packet data network gateway and reserving service units for the charging session for the second method based on a charging mode corresponding to the second method for the user equipment to access the packet data network gateway. A network system, a packet data network gateway and a charging system are provided according to embodiments of the present invention accordingly.

The method for device capabilities exchange includes: receiving a device capability exchange request sent from an initiating Diameter node; and returning a device capability exchange answer to the initiating Diameter node according to a state of a state machine of a receiving Diameter node or a request type in the device capability exchange request. The method can optimize the existing method for updating and negotiating device capability information when a Diameter device is upgraded, reduce the amount of data exchanged over the network, reduce the repetition of database update performed by the Diameter nodes, and improve the robustness of network connection and system processing.

Accordingly, a network system, a charging system, and an application server are provided. The disclosure enables charging for a service processed by multiple UEs of a user in a session.

Abstract: A charging method, a charging network element, a charging system, and a communication system are disclosed. Network elements are categorized into a master network element and a slave network element; charging control is triggered by the master network element, and the slave network element is responsible for reporting the charging data without credit control. In the charging process, credit control is performed for the master network element in view of the charging data of the slave network element, and centralized charging is performed at the master network element. Compared with the prior art, the disclosure simplifies the charging process, reduces the load of processing and interaction between the charging system and the charging network element, and saves the system resources.

A system for opening accounting data capabilities is also provided. According to the present invention, the accounting data of the user is sharable between the charging systems, and a specific implementation mode for interactions in the accounting data management is provided.

With the present disclosure, the charging of message service becomes more flexible and the user experience is improved.

In the solution of the present invention, the conflict detection for the data to be synchronized is performed before the data synchronization between the client and the server, so the data which can be transmitted and the data which can not be transmitted are determined, then the synchronization time is shortened, and the flow of network traffic is reduced.
