    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of special glass materials and preparation, in particular to a glass composition resistant to ion bombardment, a cladding glass of microchannel plate, a microchannel plate and a preparing method thereof. The coordination between the components and the adjustment of the dosage, in particular, oxides with high bond energy containing scandium and/or strontium and/or zirconium and/or molybdenum, can be introduced into the glass material, so as to improve the surface binding energy (SBE), thereby improving the ion bombardment resistance of the glass material and significantly prolonging the working life of the microchannel plate during detecting high-energy ions directly, while meeting other necessary properties such as good anti-crystallization, good acid and alkali resistance, appropriate softening temperature, thermal expansion coefficient, and bulk resistance, etc.

    Abstract: A non-invasive time domain reflection probe calibration method includes: using different volume ratio of ethanol and deionized water mixed solution to calculate a test target's medium weight coefficient and waveguide length of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes; using different concentrations of NaCl solutions to calibrate a waveguide geometric dimensioning of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes; preparing compacted soil samples with known different moisture contents and densities, and calibrating a correlation parameter of compacted soil samples' dielectric constant and conductivity with moisture content and density. The method not only determines the sensitivity of the test target medium of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes, but also obtains the waveguide length and geometric dimensioning of the probe, and realizes an accurate test of moisture content and density of the soil.

    Abstract: A 3-D printing method and a 3-D printout are provided. In an embodiment, the 3-D printing method includes laser-scanning a printing material according to a 3-D printing model so that the printing material starts to be sintered into a printout in a shape, layer by layer from the bottom up; and feeding a treatment gas into a 3-D printing device and laser-scan a local area of the printout so that the treatment gas reacts with the surface of the local area of the printout and a hardened layer is formed. The laser scanning and the feeding of the treatment gas are performed alternately until a printout with local hardened layers is formed. By adjusting the gas environment, the components can be manufactured by selective laser melting equipment to have a wear- and corrosion-resistant nitrided surface layer and keep the expected ductility of the central area.
