    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an organic silicon nano-precursor medium transmission inhibitor and its preparation method and use. The organic silicon nano-precursor medium transmission inhibitor is composed of an organic silicon and its derivatives, a catalyst, a dispersant, a stabilizer, a surfactant, and water. The organic silicon nano-precursor medium transmission inhibitor in-situ generates nanoparticles during a hydration process. The nanoparticles not only have a hydrophobic function, but also can effectively fill the pores of the concrete, which effectively solves a problem in which a hydrophobic material in a state of full water cannot reduce the diffusion of an erosive medium. The problems such as uneven dispersion and poor stability of nanoparticles added can be effectively solved by in-situ generating the nanoparticles, thereby effectively improving the ion corrosion resistance performance of the concrete.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent with high adaptability to temperature and a method for preparing the same. The polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent is prepared by introducing an unsaturated macromonomer D with a temperature-sensitive side chain which could be bonded to the backbone of the polycarboxylic acid through free radical polymerization. The polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent prepared by the invention has an adsorption group density that can be automatically adjusted with the change of ambient temperature, and thereby shows similar dispersing capability and dispersion retention capability at different ambient temperatures, demonstrating high adaptability to different ambient temperatures. It can be used in a larger temperature range with a constant dosage, which is beneficial to further popularization and application of the polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent in regions of different climates.

The water-reducing agent of the present invention has significantly improved adaptability to different cements and aggregates while maintaining a high water reduction efficiency, compared with the conventional polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent agent. It has a good water reducing efficiency in many different grades of cement, as well as a better resistance to aggregates containing more impurities such as machine-made sand.

    Abstract: A method for quantitative analysis of a cavity at the top of a concrete-filled steel tube is disclosed. By substitution of the determined inner radius of the steel tube, the thickness of the steel tube wall and the propagation speed of ultrasonic waves in the steel tube and in the concrete, the propagation time of the ultrasonic wave between the top and the bottom of the concrete-filled steel tube enables calculation of the height of the cavity. The method can be used to quantify the cavity height at the top of the concrete-filled steel tube, with small relative errors and high accuracy.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a polyhydroxy aromatic intermediate, preparation thereof and use thereof in a polycondensate water-reducer with branched side chains. The polycondensate water-reducer with branched side chains has a branched side chain structure which provides a stronger steric hindrance. The synergistic effect of the branched side chains and the rigid skeleton of the aromatic ring greatly improves the water-reducing ability. Especially under a condition of low water/cement ratio, the improvement in water-reducing ability is more obvious. The branched polyether side chain is more conducive to the formation of a thicker water film layer, which has an obvious viscosity reduction effect. The conformation of the branched polyether side chain is less affected by different ionic environments in the pore solution in cement, and thus has a stronger adaptability to various raw materials.
