    Abstract: An encoding method includes binarizing a chrominance prediction mode of an image block of an image that is permitted to use a CCLM and/or regular intra-frame chrominance prediction mode to obtain a bit string including adjacent bits. The CCLM includes first, second, and third modes, a second mode, and a third mode, the regular intra-frame chrominance prediction mode being other intra-frame chrominance prediction modes except CCLM. A first bit of the adjacent bits indicates whether CCLM is used according to whether a value there of is 1. A second bit indicates whether to use the first mode when the first bit indicates to use CCLM. A third bit indicates whether the second or third mode is used when the second bit indicates the first mode is not used. The method further includes using mutually independent probability models to respectively encode the first bit and the second bit.

    Abstract: In certain examples, a causal inference model is trained on a re-balancing task in a self-supervised manner, using ‘unlabelled’ training data pertaining to multiple domains. Rather than approaching casual inference as a domain-specific task (e.g., designing one causal-inference approach for a particular manufacturing application, another for a particular aerospace application, another for a specific medical application etc.,) a general-purpose causal inference mechanism is learned from a large, diverse training set that contains many treatments dataset over many field/applications (e.g., combining manufacturing data, engineering data, medical data etc. in a single dataset used to train a single neural network). In other words, a cross-domain causal inference model is trained, which can then be applied to a dataset in any domain, including domains that were not explicitly encountered by the neural network during training.

The sound barrier system can be easily manufactured, and not only can improve an acoustic environment around a substation, but also can reduce an amplitude of an electric field.

The heat pump system includes an integrated heat exchanger integrated with a superconducting liquid flow passage and a refrigerant flow passage. The refrigerant flow passage is provided inside an on-board refrigerant circulation loop and is used for cooling and/or heating to adjust the temperature within a passenger compartment of a vehicle. The superconducting liquid flow passage is in communication with a motor heat dissipating conduit, for absorbing the heat generated by an on board motor and transferring the heat to the integrated heat exchanger by means of phase change heat transfer. The heat pump system can increase the energy utilization rate for the vehicle and reduce the allowable ambient temperature of the heat pump system.
