    Abstract: Provided are a preparation method for a CTL cell and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: inducing a CTL cell by using a tumor antigen PAP-GM-CSF sensitized DC cell; and knocking out a PD-1 gene of the CTL cell to obtain a PD-1 knock-out CTL cell. The CTL cell obtained by the preparation method can be used for preparing drugs for treatment of prostate cancer, especially for treating PAP-positive prostate cancer. The CTL cell does not cause CTL cell failure and anergy due to the tumor-expressed PD-L1 after being transfused into the body, thereby producing efficient specific cytotoxic effect on a tumor cell and improving the curative effect and reducing the side effect.

    Abstract: New benzodiazepine compounds, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof are provided. Short-acting benzodiazepine derivatives have the characteristics of a fast onset, short acting time, deep strength, being quickly metabolized, fast wake-up, etc. In anesthesia experiments on mice and rats, short-acting benzodiazepine derivatives have a comparable onset time to remazolam, but have a significantly shortened acting time and wake-up time. Moreover, some of the compounds have a significantly enhanced depth of action. Thus, the compounds have the characteristics of a faster onset, shorter acting time, greater strength of action, being metabolized faster, faster wake-up, etc. In long-term infusion anesthesia experiments on rats, compared with remazolam, the short-acting benzodiazepine derivatives have a significantly shortened wake-up time and recovery time, and have the characteristics of faster wake-up, a faster recovery, etc.

According to the present invention, during the forming process, the nylon belt winding of the present application does not squeeze the carbon fiber bundle, and due to tension of the carbon fiber bundle, the carbon fiber bundle remains straight along the lengthwise direction of the bar. Therefore, the bar manufactured by the method of the present invention has the characteristics of high strength and high modulus.

    Abstract: A magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) includes a first iridium layer, a first tungsten layer, a first ferromagnetic layer, a tunneling barrier layer, a second ferromagnetic layer, a second tungsten layer and a second iridium layer in sequence, wherein the two ferromagnetic layers are respectively a reference layer with a fixed magnetization direction and a free layer with a reversible magnetization direction. When the magnetization direction of the reference layer is parallel to the magnetization direction of the free layer, the MTJ is in a low-resistance state to store a binary digit “0”; when the magnetization direction of the reference layer is anti-parallel to the magnetization direction of the free layer, the MTJ is in a high-resistance state to store a binary digit “1”. The present invention can enhance tunneling magnetoresistance effect by using iridium layer, improve read reliability and reduce writing power consumption of the MTJ.
