    Abstract: The present invention provides a combined chimeric antigen receptor targeting CD19 and CD20 and application thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a combined chimeric antigen receptor targeting CD19 and CD20, which comprises a scFv targeting CD19 and CD20, a hinge region, a transmembrane region, and an intracellular signaling domain. The present invention provides a nucleic acid molecule encoding the chimeric antigen receptor and a corresponding expression vector, a CAR-T cell, and applications thereof. The experimental results show that the chimeric antigen receptor provided by the present invention shows extremely high killing ability against tumor cells. The chimeric antigen receptor of the present invention targets CD19 and/or CD20 positive cells and can be used to treat CD19 and/or CD20 positive B-cell lymphoma, leukemia and other diseases.

    Abstract: A femoral neck measuring method includes: measuring an affected limb after a femoral stem prosthesis is installed through an optical localization probe, and calculating an actual length of the femoral neck needed by the affected limb according to an osteotomy surface of the affected limb determined after the femoral stem prosthesis is installed; determining a femoral ball prosthesis and a femoral neck prosthesis to be selected according to the calculated actual length of the femoral neck and a length of a femoral neck of a healthy limb measured before surgery; and measuring a length of the affected limb after the femoral ball prosthesis and the femoral neck prosthesis are implanted, and restraining a length difference between the healthy limb and the affected limb by adjusting a length of the femoral neck of the affected limb.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for establishing a characteristic atlas of whole immune cells in lungs of mice with acute lung injury, including: extraction of the whole immune cells in lung; labeling of antibody with specific metal isotope for mass cytometry; staining the immune cells with the detection antibody; and mass cytometer analysis. The present invention is capable of isolating whole immune cells with high yield and viability on the basis of ensuring cell purity, greater than that of the conventional grinding method. The present invention binds stable metal isotopes to antibodies, while mass spectrometry flow channels are designed based on the principle of minimal channel interference to achieve a comprehensive description on the classification and function of whole immune cells in lung of the mouse with up to 43 markers simultaneously; dynamic alterations in the whole immune cells in lung of the mouse can also be observed.

In an embodiment, the direct growth method includes the following steps: (1) etching holes in a surface of a silicon carbide substrate to produce a silicon carbide wafer; (2) ultrasonic cleaning the produced silicon carbide wafer; (3) establishing an auxiliary nucleation point on a surface of the silicon carbide wafer; (4) depositing a diamond layer; (5) removing the portion of the diamond layer on the upper surface while retaining the portion of the diamond layer in the holes; (6) ultrasonic cleaning; and (7) depositing diamond in the holes on the silicon carbide wafer until the holes are fully filled.

The method includes: receiving a communication request including a called user identifier and sent by a calling user; searching, according to the called user identifier, for all terminals corresponding to the called user identifier, where the all terminals include a terminal which has logged in by using the called user identifier and does not log in currently; and sending the communication request to all communicable terminals of the all terminals. In the embodiments of the present invention, after receiving a communication request sent by a calling user, an application server can send the communication request to all communicable terminals. Therefore, a terminal which logged in previously but does not log in currently is also enabled to receive the communication request sent by the calling user, so as to optimize user experience.
