The vertical wall of the middle frame and the vertical wall of the light source heat sink are correspondingly configured with interoperable fastening structures. The middle frame and the light source heat sink are positioned in the vertical direction through the interoperable fastening structures to increase twisting resistance of the middle frame.

The connection body includes: a connection section, which is connected to the retention base; and an engagement section, which extends from the connection section and is connected to a solder pad inside the backlight module. Practicing the spring plate type connector for use in backlight module simplifies the manufacture process of the connector, realizes expanded range of application, and allows of application to connection with backlight modules of various models, thereby improving sharability of the connector and making the backlight module compact and light-weighted.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and more particularly relates to a packing device of a backlight module including a fixing frame, a rotating shaft, and a clamping piece which can rotate around the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is fixed to the fixing frame. The clamping piece includes an upper arm and a lower arm, and the upper arm and the lower arm are respectively used for clamping upper and lower surfaces of the backlight module. When an opening formed by surrounding the upper arm and the lower arm is upward, one edge of the backlight module can be put above the lower arm. Then, the backlight module is slowly put down, and the lower arm of the clamping piece rotates around the fixing shaft under stress.

    Abstract: The invention provides an optical assembly positioning structure, an LCD device, and a manufacturing method thereof. The optical assembly positioning structure includes a positioning part and a clamping part used for clamping different optical layers of the optical assembly; a connecting part is arranged between the positioning part and the clamping part, and the positioning part is connected and fixed to one end of the clamping part by the connecting part. The optical layers of the optical assembly of the invention are fixed by separate positioning structures. The middle frame includes at least two middle frame assemblies joined in sequence. The middle frame further includes a splicer; a joining face of at least one of the middle frame assemblies is configured with a guide groove corresponding to at least two fixing positions, and the two adjacent middle frame assemblies are positioned by the splicer fixed in the guide groove. In the present disclosure, because the guide groove and the splicer are used, the relative position of the two adjacent middle frame assemblies can be adjusted according to LCD devices of different sizes, and the two adjacent middle frame assemblies are positioned by the splicer fixed in the guide grooves. Thus, the middle frame assemblies can be made into standardized universal parts, to be shared by various devices.
