Publication number: 20250245596Abstract: A method and device for determining a flood-diversion strategy of a flood storage and detention basin based on a balanced perspective is provided. The method includes determining excess flood peaks and excess flood amounts of middle and downstream main streams in a preset time period after scheduling and enabling of a reservoir group in each river section. A correlation map between a flood-diversion amount and a flood-diversion water-level reduction value under each set flood-diversion parameter combination is then constructed. Enabling priorities and flood-diversion volumes for all flood storage and detention basins in all river sections are determined. A cumulative flood-diversion volume of each flood storage and detention basin is also determined. A flood storage and detention basin-enabling knowledge map is constructed and a plurality of flood-diversion plans are determined. A flood-diversion plan from the plurality of flood-diversion plans is then selected as a target plan to allow flood diversion.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 18, 2024Publication date: July 31, 2025Inventors: Changwen LI, Jiale HUANG, Rui ZHOU, Sujing LIN, Liting YANG, Feihan LI, Zhiwei LI, Jiaqi ZHU, Jiarui LI, Xiaoxia ZENG, Yalan YANG, Congliang WANG, Changyin DU, Junxian LIN, Mengdi XU, Yu PAN, Shuangqin CHEN, Shiya WANG, Jiarui SONG, Yujia SONG, Xiaolu WEI, Jierui ZHANG, Jingyao LI, Qibo DENG, Zichao SHEN, Weiqi ZHANG, Wendi WANG

Patent number: 11291200Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the application of a viable cell monitor to the cryopreservation of plant cells. The viable cell monitor is, for the first time, used in a method for rapidly evaluating the effect of cell freezing-preservation. The effect of a cryoprotectant on cell preservation is evaluated through the change in the capacitance of viable cells before and after cell freezing and resuscitation. Viable cell electrodes can provide a quick and accurate characterization of viable cell concentrations. Combining the viable cell capacitance with the detection result of 2,3,4-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC), a rapid and quantitative evaluation of the effect of a freezing method on cell preservation can be achieved, thus overcoming the low effectiveness and non-quantification of previous cell preservation methods. Compared with traditional methods, the method of the present disclosure can improve the comprehensive score of cell cryopreservation by 5 times or more.Type: GrantFiled: November 22, 2017Date of Patent: April 5, 2022Assignee: EAST CHINA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGYInventors: Meijin Guo, Jiarui Li, Zejian Wang, Yuxia Chen, Yingping Zhuang

Publication number: 20200354939Abstract: A urinal and a urinal flushing control method. The urinal includes a urinal body, an electromagnetic valve for turning on and off flushing, a capacitive sensor for sensing a liquid amount on an outer wall of the urinal body, and a controller for receiving a capacitance value signal to control on and off of the electromagnetic valve. The controller sets a flushing timing reference point when determining that a capacitance value exhibits a dropping trend after a first period since the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be turned off, and controls to turn on the electromagnetic valve when the flushing timing reference point is present for a second period. The above solution can reduce the chance of erroneous flushing and facilitate the adaptability respect to the glazed surface of the urinal body.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 29, 2019Publication date: November 12, 2020Applicant: JOMOO KITCHEN&BATH CO., LTD.Inventors: Xiaofa LIN, Xiaoshan LIN, Junqi LIANG, Jiarui LI, Yanzhang LIN
