Abstract: The present invention is directed to electrical circuits and methods. According to a specific embodiment, the present invention provides a voltage compensation mechanism for one or more single-phone avalanche diodes (SPADs). A reference voltage is generated based at least on an operating voltage of the SPADs. The reference voltage is coupled to a charge pump that generates a compensation voltage for the diodes. There are other embodiments as well.

Abstract: The present invention provides a large power circuit and a manufacture method thereof. The large power circuit comprises a color filter substrate and an array substrate which are opposed, and a floating ITO pattern is positioned in an outer region of the color filter substrate, and contact holes are positioned in an outer region of the array substrate where is close to an inner region of the array substrate, and the contact holes are electrically connected to wirings in the inner region of the array substrate, and positions of the contact holes match with the floating ITO pattern, and conductors are located between the contact holes and the floating ITO pattern for conducting electric currents. The present invention also provides a corresponding manufacture method of the large power circuit. The requirements for CVD apparatus can be reduced according to the large power circuit and the manufacture method thereof of the present invention.

A reference area is selected in a configuration pattern of a mask template, the reference area is corresponding to a to-be-shaded area of a mask; a repair area is formed on a drillable member according to the reference area; a hollow area is formed in the repair area of the drillable member, the hollow area is corresponding to the to-be-shaded area; the drillable member is attached to the mask, the hollow area is corresponding to the to-be-shaded area; and shading material is coated on the drillable member, so as to form a shaded layer on the to-be-shaded layer.
