The controller is configured to receive a first command for fitness training, cause the display to present one or more modes including a follow-up mode and an exercising-while-watching mode for selection; in response to selection of the follow-up mode, cause the display to show a first window and a second window disposed on a first user interface for receiving a focus move command from the remote control, with the first window displaying a first video associated with fitness training and the second window displaying a second video associated with image data from a camera; receive a volume adjustment command; in response to the focus being on a volume control for the first or second video, adjust a volume of the first or second video in response to the volume adjustment command. A method for controlling the apparatus is disclosed.

The method includes: displaying a virtual keyboard control and an extension bar control in the program interface; in response to an input operation in the virtual keyboard control, displaying at least one character string in the extension bar control, the at least one character string being determined according to the input operation in the virtual keyboard control; and in response to a select operation on a target string among the at least one character string in the extension bar control, displaying a function interface of applying a target function to the target string. This embodiment allows a user to quickly switch between function interfaces when using an application, thereby reducing operation steps of the user and improving human-computer interaction efficiency.

Abstract: An image search method is provided. In the method, an image selection page of a messaging application is displayed. An input image for a search is determined based on an operation performed by a user on the image selection page. A search is performed for at least one output image similar to the input image based on a plurality of types of image characteristics that indicate levels of similarity between images. Each of the ay least one output image is determined to be similar to the input image based on at least one of the types of image characteristics. A search result list is generated according to the at least one output image. Further, the search result list is displayed.
