    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, system and device for implementing positioning measurement. The method includes the steps of: determining a Timing Advance (TA) report format according to obtained information on whether a User Equipment (UE) can support the measurement of the receiving-transmitting(Rx-Tx) time difference and information on whether a base station (e.g. eNB)can support the measurement of the Rx-Tx time difference of the base station and the measurement of the Rx-Tx time difference of the UE in an Enhanced Cell Identity (E-CID) positioning process of the user equipment, and after the base station processes the E-CID positioning measurement, the positioning measurement result is returned to the Evolved Serving Mobile Location Center (E-SMLC) in the determined timing advance report format.

    Abstract: It is disclosed a method and system for implementing a cell handover, which are used to solve the problem in the prior art that the cell handover can not be implemented when a target cell uses a TDD mode. The method for implementing the cell handover includes: when a user terminal needs perform the cell handover, a network side sending a cell handover command to the user terminal; when the target cell uses the TDD mode and the cell handover command carries TDD slot configuration information of the target cell, the user terminal implementing the cell handover according to the TDD slot configuration information in the cell handover command. It is further disclosed a user terminal and a Base Station, which are used to implement the cell handover in a TDD system.

    Abstract: A method, a system and a device for indicating and transmitting the preamble are used to solve the problem existing in the prior art, which reduces the resource utilization efficiency due to that the user equipment (UE) sends the preamble to the evolution base station through the physical random access channel (PRACH) selected by itself in the present random access. The method includes: determining the channel signature associated with the PRACH assigned to the terminal side; sending the determined channel signature to the terminal side, and indicating the terminal side to transmit the preamble using the PRACH associated with the channel signature. Adopting said method can improve the resource utilization efficiency.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for notifying Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) subframe configuration, which comprises the following steps: a first node sends its MBSFN subframe configuration, via an X2 interface, to a second node with which the first node is connected; the first node receives the MBSFN subframe configuration of the second node as a feedback. According to the invention, a serving cell can obtain the MBSFN subframe configurations of the neighboring cells and/or RNs, so that rational utilization of resources is achieved according to the configurations. Therefore, interference between cells is reduced, and system capacity and efficiency are improved.
