The drive substrate includes a light-emitting area and a frame area surrounding at least a part of the light-emitting area. The drive substrate includes a substrate; and a device layer disposed on the substrate, the device layer including a pixel drive circuit disposed in the light-emitting area, and an electrostatic discharge circuit, a first signal line and a second signal line disposed in the frame area, the first signal line being electrically connected to at least one of the pixel drive circuit and the light-emitting element, and the second signal line being electrically connected to the electrostatic discharge circuit; wherein the second signal line is disposed on a side of the first signal line away from the light-emitting area and is spaced from the first signal line.

    Abstract: A light-emitting panel and a brightness adjustment method, and a display device are provided. The method includes providing the light-emitting panel including a substrate, a plurality of light-emitting units, a control circuit, and a plurality of signal lines. The control circuit includes a data signal input terminal, a data storage unit, and a plurality of first signal terminals. The data storage unit is configured to store a first voltage signal and a first pulse width modulation signal corresponding to a different grayscale value. Each signal line connects a light-emitting unit with a first signal terminal. The method also includes obtaining a to-be-displayed screen, and determining each grayscale value of a corresponding light-emitting unit of the plurality of light-emitting units. Further, the method includes according to different grayscale values, calling the first pulse width modulation signal and the first voltage signal corresponding to each grayscale value in the data storage unit.
