Abstract: A method for mitigating network abuse includes obtaining a first set of network traffic messages of network traffic currently received by a network service and determining, via a first model, whether network abuse is occurring based on the first set of network traffic messages. When the network abuse is occurring, the method includes obtaining a second set of current network traffic messages. The method also includes, for each network traffic message in the second set of network traffic messages, labeling, via a second model, the network traffic message as an abusing network traffic message or a non-abusing network traffic message. The method also includes generating, via a third model, at least one network traffic rule. Each network traffic rule, when implemented, reduces an effect of the abusing network traffic messages.

Abstract: A customer relationship management/CRM system enables a user thereof to focus more upon customers and clients instead of keeping track of such customers and clients. Upon initiating contact with a potential new customer or client, the new lead can be entered into the system and the user queried with respect to anticipated future activity. The present system then periodically queries the user with regards to the development and activities with regards to the lead. In doing so, the user is guided to pursue development of the potential customer and creates an ongoing written or recorded history by which retrospective evaluation can occur. The present invention can generally be applied in any industry that uses contact management systems.

Abstract: A method and system is provided for tracking real estate transactions via the Internet and other networked devices. The method includes the steps of receiving and storing in a computerized database initial data inputs from buyers, sellers, and real estate agents and other vendors relating to identifiable pieces of real estate. In the next step, database files are established for these identifiable pieces of a transaction and these files are organized according to each contact. Throughout the transaction, information is continuously being received and stored into the database file from the contacts after a task is completed of the tasks required to be completed. As this information is received, the system calculates a contact progress and a buyer/seller progress and progress of the transaction is graphically communicated to the contacts in the form of a contact progress bar and a buyer/seller progress bar.
