    Abstract: Disclosed is an eye simulator device, wherein same is a medical training aid and includes: an eyepiece having a display configured to project at least one image onto or through a convex shaped front surface of a simulated eyeball of the eyepiece; a support configured to hold the eyepiece; a simulated eyelid pivotally attached to the support; and an actuator assembly having an actuator arm and an electromagnetic (EM) coil in connection with the actuator arm, so as to control a motion of the simulated eyelid, which allows to more realistically mimic the eye, and to more intuitively mimic a motion change of the eye, and it is illustratable to show a change process of the eye by projecting an eye condition, making it easier for a student to understand.

    Abstract: A polynucleotide having promoter activity of a malate dehydrogenase gene (mdh gene), a transcription expression cassette, recombinant expression vector and recombinant host cell containing the polynucleotide having the promoter activity, a method for constructing a promoter mutant, a method for regulating the transcription of a target gene, a method for preparing a protein, and method for producing a target compound. The polynucleotide having the promoter activity is a mutant of an mdh gene promoter, and compared with a promoter of a wild-type mdh gene, the promoter activity of the mutant is significantly improved. After operably linking the mutant to a target gene, the expression efficiency of the target gene can be significantly improved, thereby effectively improving the yield and transformation rate of a target compound.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for partially regenerating a catalyst for methanol and/or dimethyl ether-to-olefin. The method comprises: introducing a mixed gas into a regenerated region containing a catalyst to be regenerated, and subjecting same to a partial regeneration reaction to obtain a regenerated catalyst, wherein the mixed gas contains water vapor and air; and in the regenerated catalyst, the coke content of at least part of the regenerated catalyst is greater than 1%. The method utilizes the coupling of a mixed gas of water vapor and air to activate a deactivated catalyst, selectively eliminate part of a coke deposit in the catalyst to be regenerated, and obtain a partially regenerated catalyst for methanol-to-olefin. Another aspect of the present invention is that further provided is a method for methanol and/or dimethyl ether-to-olefin by using the partially regenerated catalyst for methanol-to-olefin regenerated by means of the method.

    Abstract: A heat dissipation apparatus is provided, an electronic component is disposed on one side of an adjustable heat dissipation component, and a rotating shaft is disposed on another side of the adjustable heat dissipation component; and one end of a connecting component is connected to the adjustable heat dissipation component, another end of the connecting component is connected to a fixed substrate, and the connecting component drives the adjustable heat dissipation component to rotate by using the rotating shaft. The connecting component may be adjusted to rotate the electronic component together with the adjustable heat dissipation component, to reduce complexity in deploying the electronic component and the heat dissipation apparatus without affecting a heat dissipation effect, thereby improving convenience of operation.
