Abstract: A bulk acoustic wave resonator and method for manufacturing the same, the bulk acoustic wave resonator includes: a piezoelectric layer; a first electrode layer, a carrier structure, and first and second conductive connectors disposed on a first side of the piezoelectric layer, and a second electrode layer, an interconnection pad and a cover structure disposed on a second side of the piezoelectric layer, wherein the first electrode layer includes a first electrode and an additional electrode electrically isolated from each other; the second electrode layer includes a second electrode; the interconnection pad is electrically connected to the second electrode and the additional electrode; a first cavity is disposed between the carrier structure and the piezoelectric layer; the first conductive connector is electrically connected to the first electrode, the second conductive connector is electrically connected to the second electrode through the additional electrode and the interconnection pad.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is configured to establish a connection to a base station, wherein the base station configures the UE with a first beam corresponding to a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second beam corresponding to a second TRP, wherein the first and second beam are in frequency range 2 (FR2) and wherein the UE does not support simultaneous reception of multiple beams in FR2, detect a beam failure during a beam failure detection (BFD) evaluation period, identify one or more candidate beams during a candidate beam detection (CBD) evaluation period and transmit a beam failure recovery (BFR) request to the base station.

Abstract: An invention to perform a method of cell measurement in a wireless network, wherein the wireless network comprises a plurality of frequency layers, the invention configured to: determine a Measurement Gap Length, MGL, for each one of the plurality of frequency layers operational in the wireless network; determine a gap bitmap to indicate a measurement gap availability in a time sequence for each one of the plurality of frequency layers of the wireless network; and transmit gap assistance information for each one of the plurality of frequency layers of the wireless network to a User Equipment, wherein the gap assistance information comprises at least the determined Measurement Gap Length and the determined gap bitmap.

Abstract: Systems, apparatus and methods are provided for performing cache program operations in a non-volatile storage system. A method may comprise issuing a first cache program operation from a storage controller to a non-volatile storage device to write data to a first regular block, writing the data to the first regular block and a copy of the data to a backup block, determining that a program error has occurred while writing the data to the first regular block, asserting the program error to the storage controller, retrieving a mapping between the first regular block and the backup block, issuing a read operation to read the copy of the data from the backup block, reading the copy of the data from the backup block and issuing a second cache program operation to write the data to a second regular block and marking the first regular block as defective.

Abstract: In a path determining method, a first device obtains a path health degree of a forwarding path from a source network element to a destination network element, where the path health degree is based on network element health degrees of network elements and link health degrees of links in the forwarding path, the network element health degree is based on a network element fault type and a network element fault occurrence frequency within a first monitoring periodicity, and the link health degree is based on a link fault type and a link fault occurrence frequency within a second monitoring periodicity; and determines a target forwarding path based on constraint information and the path health degree, where the constraint information includes health degree constraint information, and the health degree constraint information indicates a condition that a path health degree of the target forwarding path is to meet.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for selecting channel access mechanisms in wireless communications, and particularly in 3GPP NR-U. For example, an appropriate listen-before talk (LBT) channel access category (Cat) may be defined for certain messages, such as certain DL and/or UL control messages and certain RACH messages. For other messages, an appropriate Cat may be signaled by the base station, e.g., in a DCI message or SIB. Mechanisms are provided for the base station to signal to the UE certain channel access profile parameters, such as an appropriate LBT Cat, CAPC, and/or CP extension. Mechanisms are also provided for adjustment of contention window duration.

Abstract: A system comprising (1) a tuner configured to tune a radio and (2) a controller communicatively coupled to the tuner, wherein the controller is configured to (1) select a tuner code to apply to the tuner based at least in part on telemetry data indicative of a certain use-case scenario and (2) cause the tuner to tune the radio by applying the tuner code to achieve a certain state of the radio. A second end of the first elastic component is elastically connected to the magnetic circuit system. The voice coil drives the magnetic circuit system to vibrate along the first direction. A mounting groove is defined on the magnetic circuit system. The motor assembly includes a stator and second elastic components. The stator is fixed to the housing. The stator is spaced apart from the magnetic circuit system and drives the magnetic circuit system to vibrate.

The ?-SiAlON porous ceramic has a dielectric constant of 1.19 to 3.21 at 12 GHz, a dielectric loss of 0.33×10?3 to 11.17×10?3, a thermal conductivity of 0.31 W/(m·K) to 0.81 W/(m·K) at room temperature, a thermal conductivity of 0.14 W/(m·K) to 0.59 W/(m·K) at a temperature of 1,500° C., and a bending strength of 72.4 MPa to 184.4 MPa.

Abstract: The present application relates to devices and components including apparatus, systems, and methods to perform a switch of a TCI state from a serving cell to a neighbor cell. A UE determines whether the state of the neighbor cell is known or unknown and whether the neighbor cell's TCI state is known or unknown. The total delay time to perform the TCI state switch can impacted by this the known/unknown statuses. Other factors can also contribute to the total delay time. The UE may also signal its capability to monitor the TCI state of the neighbor cell and its capability to switch to such a TCI state.
