The fixing mechanism includes a latch and an elastic member. The latch may be movably disposed on the side panel. A first hook is formed on the latch. When covering the opening with the side panel, the latch is abutted by the front panel.     Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of removing organic chemicals and organometallic complexes (organic heavy metal complexes) using zeolites from process water or tailings streams of a mineral processing plant where diethylenetriamine (DETA) or triethylenetetramine (TETA) is used as a flotation reagent and DETA-metal complexes are found in process water or tailings streams. The process water or slurry tailings streams of a mineral processing plant containing DETA, DETA-metal complexes and residual heavy metals may be contacted with natural zeolites. This may be carried out by adding the natural zeolites to the process streams or slurries while mixing with a mechanical mixer to efficiently adsorb DETA, DETA-metal complexes and heavy metals from the process streams on the zeolite. The loaded zeolite may then be discarded with the flotation tailings.

Further, by carrying identifiers information of routes to be withdrawn in the update message, specific routes can be withdrawn in a scenario where there are multiple BGP routes; by carrying characteristic information of routes to be withdrawn in batches in the update message, a group of routes with the common characteristic can be withdrawn in batches; and by carrying route withdrawal policy information in the update message, the collaboration between BGP peers may be optimized, and the quality and performance of the network may be improved.

    Abstract: The presently claimed invention adaptively selects a local de-interlacing method according to information from a compressed video bitstream. According to one embodiment, successive images from a video bitstream are first reconstructed. Syntax elements, selected from a macroblock type, a macroblock partition, a motion vector, a distance from a reference frame, the existence of non-zero transform coefficients and the distribution of transform coefficients, are then extracted from this bitstream. Based on the syntax elements, a de-interlacing algorithm is decided from an algorithm set for each image region in a video frame. Algorithms in the algorithm set include motion compensation, edge-based line averaging, and line averaging. Each image region is thereby interpolated using the de-interlacing algorithm and complementary motion compensation. The complementary motion compensation de-interlaces the image region using an inverse of motion vectors extracted from a bitstream clip representing neighboring frames.

    Abstract: In a motion compensated prediction process, a parametric interpolation filter (PIF) device is provided that takes into account the time-variant statistics of video sources, the filter being represented by a model determined by five parameters instead of by individual coefficients. The parameters are calculated and coded on a frame-by-frame basis to minimize the energy of the prediction error for each frame. The model design is based on the fact that high frequency energy of an HD video source is mainly distributed along the vertical and horizontal directions of a frame. A PIF device with the method according to the invention overcomes this obstacle because it represents each filter using only five parameters, all of which are encoded using sufficiently high precision without substantially increasing overhead.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is the use of TRAP per se as an active ingredient for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of Staphylococcus aureus infection. An exogenous TRAP (native TRAP or recombinant TRAP) per se can effectively inhibit the production of Staphylococcus aureus exotoxins, thereby reducing the pathogenicity of Staphylococcus aureus. In addition, a medicament including TRAP also stimulates the production of corresponding antibodies in human body at the time when it is used to treat Staphylococcus aureus infections, and these antibodies can further inhibit the production of Staphylococcus aureus exotoxins. Such double actions increase the effects of medicament and provide a novel medicament action mode. Moreover, since TRAP functions merely to the toxicity of bacteria but does not affect the growth of bacteria, it cannot make bacteria readily develop drug resistance, and also effective to drug resistant Staphylococcus aureus.

    Abstract: Resistance in parallel with inductors in a series leg of the low-pass filter facilitates changing input and output resistance of the filter with little or no change in the reactance of the inductors. Furthermore, the reactance of the capacitors in the shunt legs of the filter will be substantially unaffected. This assists the designer in matching the impedance of the filter in the pass-band while still providing substantial impedance mismatching in the stop-band without substantially affecting the characteristics of the filter. Facilitating impedance matching in the pass-band and impedance mismatching in the stop-band is accomplished without the need for more complex active components. POTS splitters making use of such filters can facilitate impedance matching of line and load termination in a telecommunications system in response to signals within the frequencies of typical analog telephony service while providing impedance mismatching in response to signals within the frequencies of typical xDSL service.

    Abstract: Cascade low-pass filters are useful in attenuating the xDSL band in a POTS splitter. The design of the low-pass filter is a sixth-order filter having two stages. A first stage includes a fourth-order filter, preferably with a stop-band frequency of approximately 48 kHz. A second stage includes a second-order filter in cascade with the fourth-order filter. For this filter, the stop-band frequency is preferably approximately 29 kHz. The inductance value of the second stage is relatively small in comparison to the inductance values of the first stage. In this manner, improvements in xDSL band attenuation are facilitated with little or no eroding of the voice band performance such as insertion loss, pass-band attenuation and return loss.
