    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of microorganisms, and specifically to engineered microorganisms expressing acetoacetyl-CoA reductase variants and methods for increasing the proportion of 3-hydroxyhexanoic acid in PHA. The acetoacetyl-CoA reductase variants and their coding genes provided by the present invention can significantly increase the proportion of 3-hydroxyhexanoic acid in PHA produced by strains; the proportion of 3-hydroxyhexanoic acid in PHA produced by the engineered Ralstonia eutropha constructed utilizing the acetoacetyl-CoA reductase variants and their coding genes provided by the present invention is significantly increased, which provides new genes and strain resources for strains producing poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-10 the development of engineered hydroxyhexanoate) with high proportion of 3-hydroxyhexanoic acid.

After receiving a first packet from a second node, a first node parses the first packet to obtain a flow segment sequence number of the first packet. After receiving the first packet, the first node continues to receive a second packet from the second node, and parses the second packet to obtain a flow segment sequence number of the second packet. The first packet and the second packet belong to a same packet flow. In view of this, the first node may compare the flow segment sequence number of the first packet with the flow segment sequence number of the second packet, to determine whether the packet flow is out of order.

Thereafter, the backup server sends an object deletion request to the object-based storage system to instruct the object-based storage system to delete the first large object, thereby clearing up the expired backups.

    Abstract: The application provides a method: for any network node in a network, the network node may collect a traffic count result of traffic from the network node to a destination network node that belongs to a same area as the network node. Because destination network nodes of the network node are used to indicate an egress node on a path for forwarding a packet by the network node in the area, a control node may learn of, based on count results corresponding to the destination network nodes, traffic transmitted from the network node to egress nodes. This facilitates the control node to determine a traffic distribution feature in the network. The application provides a method that network nodes collect local aggregated traffic statuses, and then the control node determines the traffic distribution feature in the network based on the local aggregated traffic statuses collected by the network nodes.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of estimating lithium battery capacity based on a convolution long-short-term memory neural network (CNN-LSTM). The present invention obtains a model that lithium battery capacity estimation through the four steps: processing a lithium battery's data, selecting parameters of an improved convolution long-short-term memory neural network using a genetic algorithm, training the improved CNN-LSTM, and testing model. Hyper-parameters of the improved CNN-LSTM are optimized using the genetic algorithm. Using the convolution neural network to extract the spatial features of lithium battery charge and discharge data, and then input these features into the improved long-short-term memory neural network to extract temporal features, estimated capacity is output through a fully connected layer finally. The present invention overcomes the limitation of the traditional model-based algorithm overly relying on the battery model and has the engineering application prospect.
