    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a reservoir computing apparatus, related to artificial intelligence. The method comprises: step a), providing a bottom electrode layer, a dielectric layer, a resistive switching layer, and a top electrode layer based on the above-listed sequence on a substrate to obtain a to-be-annealed reservoir computing apparatus; and step b), annealing the to-be-annealed reservoir computing apparatus to obtain the reservoir computing apparatus, where a temperature of the annealing ranges from 300° C. to 700° C., and duration of the annealing duration ranges from 30s to 100s. The manufactured reservoir computing apparatus is subject to rapid annealing, which redistributes defects, forms a more stable film, and introduces a ferroelectric O-phase into the film. The rapid annealing reduces power consumption and improves computing accuracy effectively.

    Abstract: A triboelectric generation apparatus based on a friction brake and a friction brake provide a simple structure with high reliability, a stable circuit, and high energy recovery efficiency. The triboelectric generation apparatus includes two sensing electrodes arranged in a first friction component of the friction brake. When the first friction component is in frictional contact with a second friction component, induced electric charges are generated on the two sensing electrodes. The induced electric charges are different. An electric charge collection circuit is connected to the sensing electrodes and is configured to store the induced electric charges. Storing the induced electric charges allows for the recovery of energy using a simple structure with high reliability.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a method for experimentally determining the conductivity of an unpropped fracture in hydraulic fracturing of a shale reservoir, comprising: select an outcrop sample with a natural fracture in the shale reservoir, and cut the outcrop sample with along the extension direction of the natural fracture into no less than eight square rock slabs; use a laser scanner to obtain the rough topography data of the fracture surface of each square rock slab and calculate the area tortuosity; pick out the rock samples; model the rough surface of the selected rock samples; import the treated surface model into the engraving machine, and select the downhole core or outcrop rocks in the same horizon for repeated production; calculate the shear slippage at different positions of unpropped fracture according to the data of the shale reservoir; finally test the conductivity of the shale rock samples after shear slip.
