    Abstract: Biotin-trap compositions are disclosed that contain particles having an inner polymer coating layer disposed on at least a portion of an outer surface thereof and a biotin-specific binding partner conjugated to the inner polymer coating layer. The biotin-trap compositions may further include an outer polymer coating layer disposed about the biotin-specific binding partner. The biotin-trap compositions specifically bind to free biotin but do not substantially bind to biotin conjugated to other moieties, such as biotinylated assay reagents. Also disclosed are kits and microfluidics devices that include the biotin-trap compositions, as well as methods of producing and using the biotin-trap compositions.

    Abstract: A coil structure for near-field wireless power transfer, integrating the traditional inductor and external capacitor structure into one single coil and forming a series resonance. The series resonance is achieved by a terminal connection and layering method. The electric field is canceled via a distributed turn-to-turn interleaving structure. With the integrated capacitor, the costs and space of a resonant capacitor can be saved. With the canceled electric field, the interference with neighboring components, such as touch-screen, can be reduced. Other benefits can include low-profile and fabrication convenience based on RGB technology. This coil can be useful for both consumer electronics and electric vehicle wireless charging.

The method also includes feeding back a depth uncertainty regression loss associated with the estimated monocular input depth map during training of the trained monocular depth network to update the estimated monocular input depth map. The method further includes detecting 3D objects from a 3D point cloud computed from the estimated monocular input depth map based on seed positions selected from the 3D point cloud and the estimated depth uncertainty map. The method also includes selecting 3D bounding boxes of the 3D objects detected from the 3D point cloud based on the seed positions and an aggregated depth uncertainty.
