Abstract: Techniques are provided herein for tagging configurable objects. The configurable object is part of a cable system and is configured to be managed by a cable modem termination system (CMTS). In response to determining that a tag rule matches one or more properties of the configurable object, the first tag is associated with the configurable object. A record of the configurable object and the associated tag is generated or stored within the CMTS.

Abstract: A local resistance heating device, with a controlled atmosphere, includes two end members and a mid member. The two end members are respectively connected with an anode pole and a cathode pole. Each end member has an air channel. The air channel of one of the end members is adapted to connect with an output terminal of a gas supplier, and the air channel of the other one of the end members is adapted to connect with a sucking terminal of the gas supplier. The mid member is arranged between the two end members. The two end members and the mid member jointly define a heating room communicating with the air channels of the two end members.

Abstract: The embodiment of present invention provides a three-phase AC (Alternating Current)-DC (Direct Current) converter circuit, conversion method and the control system thereof. The converter circuit includes a three-phase AC power source having a first output terminal, a second output terminal and a third output terminal; a first AC-DC conversion module, a second AC-DC conversion module and a third AC-DC conversion module electrically connected to the first output terminal, the second output terminal and the third output terminal of the three-phase AC power respectively, and respectively have N1 pieces, N2 pieces and N3 pieces of AC-DC converters which are connected in parallel; and a DC side output terminal electrically connected to the parallel-connected output terminals of the first AC-DC conversion module, the second AC-DC conversion module and the third AC-DC conversion module, wherein at least one of N1, N2 and N3 is greater than or equal to 2.

Abstract: The present invention relates to insert molding a glass lens or an inorganic material into a front housing unit. The glass lens or an inorganic material is aligned within the front housing unit so that it lies within the inside of the front housing unit. A thermobond adhesive or an adhesive promoter is applied onto the glass lens or the inorganic material. During molding a molten resin is injected into the space formed between the glass lens or the inorganic material and the front housing unit and flows around the glass lens or the inorganic material activating and liquefying the adhesive promoter or the thermobond adhesive and forming an insert molded part.

Abstract: Techniques are generally directed to selective reestablishment of Internet Protocol (IP) connectivity between a cable modem and a cable modem termination system (CMTS). IP connectivity between the cable modem and the CMTS is initially established through execution of a plurality of connectivity steps. After IP connectivity is lost, the cable modem determines which of the plurality of connectivity steps are desired for use in reestablishing IP connectivity, and sends a message to the CMTS indicating the desired IP connectivity step. The CMTS determines if the desired connectivity steps identified in the message may be used to reestablish IP connectivity, and sends a response message to the cable modem indicating if the desired connectivity steps may be used. IP connectivity is then reestablished using at least the desired connectivity steps.
