The composite metrology data is generated by merging measured metrology data from a reference device with synthetic metrology data calculated from a model of the reference device. The composite metrology data may be generated further based on a synthetic metrology data calculated from a model for a modified reference device. The modified reference device may be generated using variations of at least one parameter of the model to expand the parameter space of the training range.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of pyrolysis and improvement of caking middling coals, in particular to a low temperature pyrolysis method of a caking middling coal. The present disclosure provides a low temperature pyrolysis method of a caking middling coal, including the following steps: conveying the caking middling coal into a pyrolysis reactor through a top of the pyrolysis reactor; dividing a reaction chamber of the pyrolysis reactor into a drying section, a softening section, a melting and depolymerization section, a solidification section, and a cooling section by means of multi-channel gas distribution; and conducting zoned temperature control-based pyrolysis to obtain semi-coke at a bottom of the reactor as well as tar and coal gas at the top of the reactor. The pyrolysis method can well avoid caking and swelling of the caking middling coal during pyrolysis.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a lens, a photographing device, as well as a processing method, a device and a storage medium for lens humidity. The lens includes a lens body and a humidity sensitive color changing film. The humidity sensitive color changing film is attached to a detection area of a photographing surface of the lens body, and changes color when its humidity is greater than a humidity threshold, to change color of image corresponding to the detection area in a photographed image. Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear reactor materials, in particular to a processing method for improving the corrosion resistance of iron and steel materials in lead or lead-bismuth, comprising the following steps: selecting iron and steel materials containing Mn and Cr elements, using high-energy fast neutrons generated by fission as the radiation source, and performing irradiation on the iron and steel material so that Mn and Cr elements diffuse to the surface of the iron and steel material to form a dense oxide film, so as to complete the improvement of the corrosion resistance of the iron and steel material. The invention enhances the formation of the dense-structured oxide layer by irradiation. The oxide layer has good protection and self-healing properties in irradiation environment, and a new solution is proposed for enhancing the corrosion resistance of steel in lead and lead-bismuth coolant fast reactors.
