    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for photo-curing 4D printing of a multi-layer structure with an adjustable shape recovery speed, and a multi-layer structure printed thereby. The multi-layer structure printed by the method for photo-curing 4D printing of the multi-layer structure with the adjustable shape recovery speed includes a plurality of deformation units sequentially connected in series, and each of the plurality of the deformation units includes two slow layers, a fast layer, and a transition layer; and the fast layer is arranged between the two slow layers, and the transition layer is arranged between at least one of the two slow layers and the fast layer. In the present disclosure, a low cross-linking layer is doped with a nanocarbon light-absorbing material to solve the problem that the low cross-linking layer is prone to over-curing when a high cross-linking layer is printed on the low cross-linking layer.

    Abstract: A variable-structure stacked cable topology includes: a plurality of sections of stacked cables. The plurality of sections of the stacked cables are connected sequentially. The sections of the stacked cables includes a plurality of base tapes at an equal quantity. The plurality of base tapes are connected mutually. At least one of the plurality of base tapes is a superconducting tape. A cable topological structure is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of sections of stacked cables. Each of the sections of the stacked cables is provided with superconducting tapes or a combination of superconducting tapes and copper tapes to form a variable-structure cable topological structure. By packaging a different number of superconducting tapes in each area, this section of cable can be twisted into a coil in such a way that a critical current of the whole coil can be approximately uniform along a length direction of the cable.

    Abstract: An Inconel 625 alloy with high aluminum content and a preparation method thereof are provided. The alloy includes following components by mass percentage: chromium 5˜13%, ferrum 5%, niobium 4.15%, molybdenum 10%, aluminum 5˜9% and a rest is nickel. The preparation method includes: step (1): weighing reactive materials according to a preset ratio and putting the reactive materials into a planetary ball miller for ball milling; step (2): pressing the ball milled reactive materials into a cake-shaped slab; step (3) putting the cake-shaped slab into a reactor and putting an igniter on the cake-shaped slab, then adding the reactor with protective gas, heating up until a self-propagating reaction occurs in the reactor, thereby obtaining a base alloy; step (4): performing secondary smelting on the base alloy to obtain an ingot; step (5): performing a solution treatment on the ingot to obtain the Inconel 625 alloy with high aluminum content.

The distribution and range of heat affected zones in the electro-responsive shape memory folding and unfolding structure are controlled by adjusting the number of electric heating layers energized and the value of an energizing voltage. The speed of shape recovery and the degree of shape recovery of the structure are regulated according to a magnitude relationship between a shape recovery force Frecovery and a resistance Fresistance to shape recovery of the structure.

Additionally, an intelligent control of a cryogenic laser peening process is realized by means of a computer and a PLC control unit, whereby the usage amount of liquid nitrogen in the experiment process is reduced and the processing efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: A cryogenic laser shock strengthening method and apparatus based on a laser-induced high temperature plasma technology includes: liquid nitrogen doped with absorber powder is irradiated using high power laser beams, to generate partial high temperature plasma, the liquid nitrogen quickly vaporizes and expands under the action of the high temperature plasma to form high-speed high-pressure air streams, and the high-speed high-pressure air streams shock a metal surface in a low temperature environment to implement the strengthening of the surface. In addition, continuous pressure accumulation of a vaporization cavity can be implemented by means of multiple laser pulses to further increase the shock wave pressure of a metal surface, thereby improving the surface strengthening effect of the metal surface.
