Abstract: A nucleic acid aptamer specifically recognizing soluble ST2 protein and its application, belonging to the field of variation or genetic engineering, are described. The technical problem addressed includes how to specifically detect sST2 protein. In order to address this technical problem, nucleic acid aptamers of single-stranded DNA with nucleotide sequences are shown in SEQ ID No. 1-10, respectively. SELEX technology, combined with high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics analysis, reduces the rounds of screening and obtains candidate nucleic acid aptamers, and further analyzes its affinity and specificity to obtain a nucleic acid aptamer that specifically recognizes sST2 protein. The nucleic acid aptamer has the characteristics of high specificity, high stability, convenient synthesis, and easy labeling of functional groups, and the like, and may be used for the detection of sST2 protein and the preparation of biosensors, diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases and other products.

Abstract: A bed mesh combination device includes a feeding assembly movable in a first direction, two groups of welding cutter assemblies and a welding head assembly oppositely arranged in a second direction. The feeding assembly can lay a spring string on the welding cutter assembly, the welding cutter assembly includes a plurality of welding cutters extending in a third direction, the welding cutters of a same group are arranged at intervals along the first direction, the welding cutters of different groups are staggered in the first direction, the two groups of welding cutter assemblies respectively correspond to first and second welding positions of the spring string. The welding cutter assembly can push the spring string to move in the second direction, and the welding cutter assembly can reciprocate relative to the spring string in the third direction. In one embodiment, the system and method are configured to send, by a wireless communication node to a wireless communication device, Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH) parameter configuration, wherein the PRACH parameter configuration indicates mapping between a plurality of PRACH resources and a plurality of cell beams, and receive, by the wireless communication node from the wireless communication device, a preamble.

Abstract: Training and/or using a machine learning model for locomotion control of a robot, where the model is decoupled. In many implementations, the model is decoupled into an open loop component and a feedback component, where a user can provide a desired reference trajectory (e.g., a symmetric sine curve) as input for the open loop component. In additional and/or alternative implementations, the model is decoupled into a pattern generator component and a feedback component, where a user can provide controlled parameter(s) as input for the pattern generator component to generate pattern generator phase data (e.g., an asymmetric sine curve). The neural network model can be used to generate robot control parameters.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of molecular biology technology, and specifically relates to the use thereof of the disease resistance gene PPARalpha and its encoded protein in half-smooth tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis). The present invention provides the application of PPARalpha gene and protein in making products for preventing and treating fish bacterial diseases. The overexpression of PPARalpha gene significantly improves the anti-infection ability of half-smooth tongue sole, reduces the mortality after bacterial infection. In addition, it improves the oxidative stress level of fish and the ability to metabolize toxic substances, regulates apoptosis and energy metabolism pathways in the immune process. Therefore, the products containing PPARalpha gene can be used to prevent and treat bacterial diseases in fish and reduce economic losses caused by pathogenic bacterial infections in aquaculture.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method for mining rare earth ore by electrification and a leaching agent for mining rare earth ore by electrification. The method includes: arranging liquid injection holes in a mining area, arranging electrically conductive liquid injection pipes in the liquid injection holes, and connecting N electrically conductive liquid injection pipes in a same row in parallel to an electrification control system; and adding a leaching agent into the liquid injection holes, and applying a direct current between electrodes by the electrification control system, the leaching agent including small molecular betaine. According to the present disclosure, the betaine can reduce the wetting resistance between solid and liquid phases, and promote the wetting and infiltration effects of a leaching agent solution on soil.

A specific implementation solution of the method of training the deep learning model includes: determining, according to first training data for a current training round, a first target parameter required to be written into a target memory in a first network parameter required by an embedding of the first training data, wherein the target memory is a memory contained in a target processor; determining a remaining storage slot in the target memory according to a first mapping relationship between a storage slot of the target memory and a network parameter; and writing, in response to the remaining storage slot meeting a storage requirement of the first target parameter, the first target parameter into the target memory so that a computing core contained in the target processor adjusts the first network parameter according to the first training data.
