    Abstract: An on-site hot-melt quick connector for optical fibers comprises a plug housing, a ferrule, an optical fiber telescopic protective tube, a tail end cover, a pressure welding protective tail handle and a compression ring. A front baffle ring is mounted in the plug housing and a rear baffle ring is mounted in the tail end cover. The ferrule and the optical fiber telescopic protective tube are positioned between the front baffle ring and the rear baffle ring and can move in the axial direction. As the quick connector for optical fibers of the invention has a definite space for movement in the axial direction, the optical fibers themselves can move along with the plugging action during butting, avoiding the bending of the optical fibers caused as they are unable to move, thus guaranteeing the transmission quality of the optical signals. The service life of the quick connector is also guaranteed.

    Abstract: A method for producing fluorapatite and its application are disclosed in the present invention, which relates to the field of biomaterials for dental reparation. The present invention comprises steps of mixing tetracalcium phosphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, and sodium fluoride to form a mixture and adding the mixture into water, or mixing tetracalcium phosphate and ammonium fluoride to form a mixture and then adding the mixture into a phosphoric acid/water solution, blending the above two sets of materials respectively to form cement-like substances; and solidifying the cement-like substances at a temperatures of 35° C. to 38° C. and a moisture of 100% for 1-3 days to produce fluorapatite. The synthesized fluorapatite has a similar chemical composition with tooth enamel, thus, the fluorapatite produced by the invention can be combined with the natural enamel directly, so as to repair enamel defects caused by caries, especially severe enamel defects (deep caries).

A liquid cooling member is removably attached to the thermal conductive member for absorbing heat from the thermal conductive member. The circulation pump operates to allow the flow of the coolant into the flow passage of the liquid cooling member. In this case, the thermal energy of the heat generating object is transferred to the air cooling member through the thermal conductive member. The heat radiating member serves to radiate the thermal energy into the air from a larger surface area. The heat generating object can in this manner be cooled down even without the liquid cooling member.
