    Abstract: Aquatic tracking makes use of acoustics, rather than other signals that do not travel as well in water. Tracking devices are used to monitor species of fish and other aquatic animals to monitor how their populations and movements are in nature, and how or whether those populations and movements are affected by, for example, hydroelectric dams and other manmade structures and phenomena. Often, the trackers inserted in aquatic animals adversely affect the animals and can lead to mortality or changed behaviors. New solutions that decrease the size and weight of such tracking devices are disclosed herein, enabling better tracking of aquatic animals that is less likely to cause adverse effects to those populations.

    Abstract: An alcohol soluble protein gas-liquid interface self-assembled porous membrane and a preparation method thereof are provided. The alcohol soluble protein gas-liquid interface self-assembled porous membrane is prepared from an alcohol soluble protein membrane storage solution by an anti-solvent method. The porous interface membrane is rapidly prepared by an alcohol soluble protein interface self-assembled one-step method and can be rapidly formed within 4 seconds, which greatly improves the preparation efficiency of the alcohol soluble protein membrane. The structure (size, pore diameter, micro porosity) of the alcohol soluble protein interface self-assembled porous membrane is precisely regulated and controlled by regulating and controlling process parameters, and a new preparation solution of an alcohol soluble protein base membrane, which is more efficient and has a modifiable structure compared with an alcohol soluble protein membrane prepared by a traditional solvent evaporation method, is developed.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a test device for nucleic acid, including a sample treatment chamber, a sample reaction chamber and a test chamber which are disposed from top to bottom successively. The functions of sampling, nucleic acid purification, isothermal amplification and testing result reading by immunochromatography are integrated onto a device to prepare a simple and cute test device for nucleic acid; the device can achieve nucleic acid testing only by two rotations and can ensure that each sampling or reagent adding can reach the target area in a free falling way without any extra drainage facility. The present invention has lower costs, more convenient operation, high detection sensitivity, short time required in nucleic acid testing, and can be used for nucleic acid testing of various samples, such as human and animals.
