Abstract: The present disclosure provides a magnetic device and a vapor deposition device. The magnetic device is configured to adsorb a metal mask in the vapor deposition device, including: a metal plate; an electromagnet array including a plurality of electromagnets; each of the electromagnets being inserted in the metal plate; a power supply module configured to supply a current; a control module configured to, when adsorbing the metal mask during a vapor deposition process, control the power supply module to supply a direct current to all or some of the plurality of electromagnets and control a direction and a size of the direct current by sending a first control signal to the power supply module.

Abstract: One aspect of the invention relates to a method of forming a micro- or nano-pattern on the surface of a composite material. The pattern may be a herringbone pattern with a jog angle of greater than or less than 90° or a graded wrinkled pattern. The micro- or nano-patterns on composite materials produced by the methods may be used to modulate, confer or control thin film material properties; as the basis for thickness measurements; to enhance light extraction in OLED; to enhance light harvest in opto-electronic devices; to tune adhesion properties, wetting, and friction of surfaces; to reduce fluid flow drag; and for anti-fouling purposes.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a device (or an apparatus) and a method for providing information about body fluids. The device is for measuring a body fluid discharged from a body of a user by putting a first disposable absorbent article having a predetermined absorbent capacity to a fluid discharging portion of the user. The device comprises means for inputting an amount of the body fluid which is absorbed by the first absorbent article through observation; and means for calculating the total amount of the body fluid which was discharged by the user based on the input and the predetermined absorbent capacity of the first absorbent article.
