    Abstract: An efficient and economical method for synthesizing Fasudil hydrochloride includes the synthesis route starts with inexpensive and readily available ethylenediamine as the starting material, obtains intermediate tert butyl-(N-(2-aminoethyl)-5-isoquinoline sulfonamide) carbamate (5) through sulfonylation and Boc protection, and then obtains Fasudil hydrochloride through a stacking process, which includes four steps: nucleophilic substitution, deprotection, cyclization, and salt formation. The total yield of Fasudil hydrochloride (1) is 67.1%, with a purity of up to 99.94%. Compared with traditional processes, the route avoids the use of expensive homopiperazine and its derivatives as synthetic intermediates. The advantages of the process include cheap and easy to obtain raw materials, simple operation, low cost, environmental friendliness, and suitability for industrial production.

In the method, at least one electrocardiogram data segment to be analyzed of a target user is input into a first electrocardiogram analysis model for analysis, so as to generate heart disease diagnosis result information of the target user; and optionally, when the heart disease diagnosis result information indicates that the probability of the target user suffering from a specific heart disease is relatively low, that is, when the electrocardiogram data segment to be analyzed is an electrocardiogram that looks relatively normal, whether the target user suffers in a paroxysmal manner from the heart disease is further determined. That is, the probability of the target user having the symptom corresponding to the heart disease in the future is predicted to provide early warning information for a future physical health condition of the target user.

The manufactured reservoir computing apparatus is subject to rapid annealing, which redistributes defects, forms a more stable film, and introduces a ferroelectric O-phase into the film. The rapid annealing reduces power consumption and improves computing accuracy effectively.

The volumetric modeling system may determine a set of parameters for a parameterizable body model associated with a body type of the subject such that an application of the determined set of parameters to the body model may result in a parameterized body model that imitates a pose of the provisional 3D representation of the subject. Based on the provisional 3D representation and the parameterized body model, the volumetric modeling system may then generate a refined 3D representation of the subject in which the deficiency is mitigated. According to such techniques, pixels may be continuously scanned out instead of buffering and updating at fixed scanning slots. In an example, a controller of a device loads, before receiving update data associated with a pixel of an electrophoretic panel, a LUT into a memory accessible to a LUT hardware module. After the LUT is loaded into the memory, the controller receives the update data indicating a color change to the pixel and associates the update data with the LUT. Based at least in part on the update data and the LUT, the controller determines waveform data corresponding to the color change and causes an output on the electrophoretic panel based at least in part on the waveform data.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional reservoir based on three-dimensional volatile memristors and a method for manufacturing the same. In the three-dimensional reservoir, a memory layer, a select layer, and an electrode layer in each via form a memristor which is a reservoir unit. The three-dimensional reservoir is formed based on a stacking structure and multiple vias. The three-dimensional reservoir is constructed by using virtual nodes generated from dynamic characteristics of the three-dimensional memristors. An interfacial memristor is first constructed, and its volatility is verified through electric tests. A vertical three-dimensional array is manufactured based on the volatile memristor. A dynamic characteristic of the memristor is adjusted through a Schottky barrier. Different layers in the three-dimensional reservoir correspond to different reservoirs, which are constructed by controlling memristors in the different layers, respectively.
