Abstract: An efficient and economical method for synthesizing Fasudil hydrochloride includes the synthesis route starts with inexpensive and readily available ethylenediamine as the starting material, obtains intermediate tert butyl-(N-(2-aminoethyl)-5-isoquinoline sulfonamide) carbamate (5) through sulfonylation and Boc protection, and then obtains Fasudil hydrochloride through a stacking process, which includes four steps: nucleophilic substitution, deprotection, cyclization, and salt formation. The total yield of Fasudil hydrochloride (1) is 67.1%, with a purity of up to 99.94%. Compared with traditional processes, the route avoids the use of expensive homopiperazine and its derivatives as synthetic intermediates. The advantages of the process include cheap and easy to obtain raw materials, simple operation, low cost, environmental friendliness, and suitability for industrial production.

Abstract: An electrocardiogram analysis method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium are provided. In the method, at least one electrocardiogram data segment to be analyzed of a target user is input into a first electrocardiogram analysis model for analysis, so as to generate heart disease diagnosis result information of the target user; and optionally, when the heart disease diagnosis result information indicates that the probability of the target user suffering from a specific heart disease is relatively low, that is, when the electrocardiogram data segment to be analyzed is an electrocardiogram that looks relatively normal, whether the target user suffers in a paroxysmal manner from the heart disease is further determined. That is, the probability of the target user having the symptom corresponding to the heart disease in the future is predicted to provide early warning information for a future physical health condition of the target user.

Abstract: A method and a device for adding an emoji, an apparatus and a storage medium are provided. When a second user replies to a target message with an emoji in a first session interface, the first user may trigger an emoji addition instruction for the emoji, and the emoji is added to an emoji input candidate box of the first user. With the method for adding the emoji according to embodiments, the emoji replied to the target message by the second user can be added to the emoji input candidate box of the first user, which can increase emojis in the emoji input candidate box of the first user, and meet the requirements of the first user sending various emojis.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a reservoir computing apparatus, related to artificial intelligence. The method comprises: step a), providing a bottom electrode layer, a dielectric layer, a resistive switching layer, and a top electrode layer based on the above-listed sequence on a substrate to obtain a to-be-annealed reservoir computing apparatus; and step b), annealing the to-be-annealed reservoir computing apparatus to obtain the reservoir computing apparatus, where a temperature of the annealing ranges from 300° C. to 700° C., and duration of the annealing duration ranges from 30s to 100s. The manufactured reservoir computing apparatus is subject to rapid annealing, which redistributes defects, forms a more stable film, and introduces a ferroelectric O-phase into the film. The rapid annealing reduces power consumption and improves computing accuracy effectively.

Abstract: A gap caulking device and a caulking method are provided, wherein the gap caulking device includes long plates, short plates, a dial plate, a three-way joint, a tensioner and a limit rod, and a closed quadrilateral structure with an adjustable angle is formed by two long plates hinged to each other and two short plates hinged to each other, a dial plate and a pointer are respectively provided on the two short plates, damping rods hinged on the two short plates to each other and a three-way joint matched with the two long plates are passed through by a limit rod to achieve connection limiting, and a shape memory alloy wire is connected to the three-way joint by a tensioner and is parallel to the limit rod. The problem is overcome that the original traditional wedge-shaped material that gaps rely on has a single filling function.

A driving apparatus may sequentially drive liquid crystal molecules in the display subareas to turn over, and after driving the liquid crystal molecules in each display subarea to turn over, drive a light-emitting element of one color included in each backlight source in one corresponding backlight subarea to emit light.

For example, a matching network configured for use with a plasma processing chamber comprises a local controller connectable to a system controller of the plasma processing chamber, a first motorized capacitor connected to the local controller, a second motorized capacitor connected to the first motorized capacitor, a first sensor at an input of the matching network and a second sensor at an output of the matching network for obtaining in-line RF voltage, current, phase, harmonics, and impedance data, respectively, and an Ethernet for Control Automation Technology (EtherCAT) communication interface connecting the local controller to the first motorized capacitor, the second motorized capacitor, the first sensor, and the second sensor.

Abstract: An illustrative volumetric modeling system may obtain a provisional 3D representation of a subject present at a scene and identify a deficiency in the provisional 3D representation. The provisional 3D representation may be based on image data captured by a set of cameras configured to have different fields of view at the scene. The volumetric modeling system may determine a set of parameters for a parameterizable body model associated with a body type of the subject such that an application of the determined set of parameters to the body model may result in a parameterized body model that imitates a pose of the provisional 3D representation of the subject. Based on the provisional 3D representation and the parameterized body model, the volumetric modeling system may then generate a refined 3D representation of the subject in which the deficiency is mitigated. Corresponding methods and systems are also disclosed.

Abstract: An illustrative camera calibration system may identify a common feature present within a scene and visible in each of 1) a first image of the scene captured by a first camera from a first pose represented by a first set of calibration parameters, and 2) a second image of the scene captured by a second camera from a second pose represented by a second set of calibration parameters. The system may estimate a 3D position of the common feature with respect to a global coordinate system associated with the scene and determine that the first set of calibration parameters is more accurate than the second set of calibration parameters. In response to this determination, the system may revise the second set of calibration parameters based on the estimated 3D position of the common feature and the first set of calibration parameters. Corresponding methods and systems are also disclosed.

Abstract: Embodiments provided herein generally include apparatus and methods, controlled by flexible tuning algorithms, for generating a plasma in a plasma processing chamber. Flexible communications between equipment of the plasma processing system allows sharing of process information and equipment settings for evaluation and refinement of the tuning algorithms used. This enhances the productivity of batch processing of a plurality of semiconductor wafers during the manufacturing process since the tuning algorithms can be modified on the fly during processing thereof. The tuning algorithms may be recorded, reused and/or modified for controlling future plasma processing.

Abstract: Techniques for low latency updating of an electrophoretic panel are described. According to such techniques, pixels may be continuously scanned out instead of buffering and updating at fixed scanning slots. In an example, a controller of a device loads, before receiving update data associated with a pixel of an electrophoretic panel, a LUT into a memory accessible to a LUT hardware module. After the LUT is loaded into the memory, the controller receives the update data indicating a color change to the pixel and associates the update data with the LUT. Based at least in part on the update data and the LUT, the controller determines waveform data corresponding to the color change and causes an output on the electrophoretic panel based at least in part on the waveform data.

Abstract: A three-dimensional reservoir based on three-dimensional volatile memristors and a method for manufacturing the same. In the three-dimensional reservoir, a memory layer, a select layer, and an electrode layer in each via form a memristor which is a reservoir unit. The three-dimensional reservoir is formed based on a stacking structure and multiple vias. The three-dimensional reservoir is constructed by using virtual nodes generated from dynamic characteristics of the three-dimensional memristors. An interfacial memristor is first constructed, and its volatility is verified through electric tests. A vertical three-dimensional array is manufactured based on the volatile memristor. A dynamic characteristic of the memristor is adjusted through a Schottky barrier. Different layers in the three-dimensional reservoir correspond to different reservoirs, which are constructed by controlling memristors in the different layers, respectively.
