The UE can be configured to decode, at the UE, a synchronization signal block (SSB) or a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) for beam management with a repetition parameter set to “ON” transmitted in one BWP or one CC in a first set of symbols. The UE can be configured to identify, at the UE, a scheduling restriction for the first set of symbols for the control channel and the data channel, wherein the scheduling restriction indicates that downlink transmission in the first set of symbols is not expected.

    Abstract: A current-voltage (IV) relationship of a pixel having a diode is initially determined. A first voltage is determined that does not cause the diode to emit light, and a first current across the diode is sensed by applying the first voltage. A predetermined current is determined based on the first voltage and the IV relationship. A ratio is determined based on the first current, a target current, and the predetermined current. A ratio voltage is determined by applying the ratio to a predetermined target voltage. If the first current is less than the predetermined current, then the ratio voltage is applied to supply a target current to the diode. If the first current is greater than the predetermined current, then a second voltage is determined by averaging the first test voltage and the ratio voltage, and the second voltage is applied to supply the target current to the diode.

According to the method, the network device can identify the hot live video in the Internet, so the network device can carry the hot live video in a multicast manner, to avoid breakdown that is of a network and a video server and that is caused by transmitting the hot live video in a unicast method.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for measuring an internal Phase Locked Loop of a Central Processing Unit (CPU) by a frequency meter, wherein the method comprises following steps: the (CPU) outputting an oscillation excitation signal to a crystal circuit; the crystal signal generating a clock signal; the internal loop respectively outputting the clock signals that does not pass through and passes through the phase locked loop; adopting a frequency meter to receive the clock signals and perform a clock precision test to correspondingly obtain a first test result and a second result; comparing the first test result and the second result to obtain a result of the stability of the phase locked loop. The beneficial effects of the invention: the operation is simple and it does not need to buy an expensive oscilloscope, the accurate precision of the PLL can be measured without the influence of the crystal.
