The fermentation method of this invention reduces fermentation cost of gellan gum and lowers contamination risk during seed cultivation.

It's more ergonomic since the height of the upright column supporting the desk plate can be adjusted. When packing, lower the upright column to the minimum can largely reduce the size of the package.
