Abstract: Methods for forming fin structures with desired profile and dimensions for three dimensional (3D) stacking of fin field effect transistor (FinFET) for semiconductor chips are provided. The methods include a structure reshaping process to reshape a shaped structure, such as a diamond like structure formed on a fin structure. In one embodiment, a method for forming a structure on a substrate includes performing an epitaxial deposition process to form a shaped structure on a fin structure disposed on a substrate, performing a mask layer deposition process to form a mask layer having a first width on the shaped structure, and performing a mask trimming process to trim the mask layer from the first width from a second width.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for correcting a tilt of a subject occurred in photographing, as well as a mobile terminal and a computer storage medium. The method includes: after it is detected by a mobile terminal that the subject enters a viewfinder interface, identifying a boundary of a profile of the subject to obtain the profile of the subject; analyzing the profile of the subject to determine whether the subject is tilted; and performing a process for straightening and photographing on the subject to obtain a picture in which the subject is straightened if the subject is determined to be tilted.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to certain fused pyrimidines having a homo or hetero cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl or cycloheptyl ring as the pyrimidine fusion partner; having an amino benzyl or substituted amino benzyl group at the 4 position of the pyrimidine ring; and a 5:6 heterobicyclo ring with at least one N, O or S at the 2 position of the pyrimidine ring. These compounds are useful for treatment of cancer by inhibition of the p97 complex.

Abstract: The present invention relates to compositions and methods for inducing intestinal stem cell homeogenesis and/or regeneration within intestinal tissue expressing Robo1 through administration of a Rspo1 agent and a Slit2 agent. Administration of such agents results in, for example, binding of the Rspo1 agent and Slit2 agent with Robo1, resulting in, for example, binding of the CC3 motif of Robo1 with LRP6, resulting in phosphorylation of LRP6, and ultimately, induction of intestinal stem cell homeogenesis and/or regeneration. In certain embodiments, such administration of a Rspo1 agent and a Slit2 agent is used to protect and/or prevent intestinal tissue damage resulting from exposure to an intestinal tissue damaging event (e.g., radiation). The agents and related compositions additionally find use in diagnostic and research settings.

The method includes: acquiring a shielding policy corresponding to promotional content; determining a user in a shielding policy list as the user to be shielded based on the shielding policy and historical click information of users; and performing shielding processing on the promotional content for the user to be shielded, if the user to be shielded in the shielding policy list conducts a retrieval. According to the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present invention, malicious clicks are prevented at the stage of displaying promotional content in a front end of a server.
