Abstract: This application discloses a display panel and an electronic device including the display panel. Includes a first substrate; a first electrode layer on a side of the first substrate; and a cathode layer located on a side that is of the first electrode layer and that is away from the first substrate. The cathode layer covers a display area of the display panel, and extends to a border area of the display panel. A part of the first electrode layer is located in the display area of the display panel, and is connected in parallel to a part that is of the cathode layer and that is in the display area, and a part of the first electrode layer is located in the border area of the display panel, and is connected in parallel to a part that is of the cathode layer and that is in the border area.

Abstract: This application provides an example method and an example apparatus for generating hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) information. The method includes receiving, by a terminal device, a first message sent by a network device. The first message is used to indicate that there are a plurality of active bandwidth parts (BWPs) in a cell or that there are M BWP groups in the cell, the M BWP groups may be obtained by dividing, by the network device, N configured BWPs, any BWP group includes an active BWP, M and N are integers greater than or equal to 2, and M is less than or equal to N. The method also includes generating, by the terminal device, HARQ information based on the plurality of active BWPs or the M BWP groups.

Abstract: A display panel and a terminal device in the field of terminal technologies. A light-emitting component is disposed in each of a first display region and a second display region of the display panel, and a pixel drive circuit and a signal line are disposed only in the first display region, so that each pixel drive circuit is connected to the light-emitting component by using a bridge wire. Therefore, when the signal line in the first display region is connected to a drive chip by using a fan-out lead, a size of the fan-out lead located in a fan-out region can be reduced in a direction from a display region to a binding region, thereby reducing a frame width on a first side of the display panel.
