    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a light-emitting device and a display device, including: a plurality of light-emitting elements, the plurality of light-emitting elements being spaced apart from one another; a wiring layer, formed on the plurality of light-emitting elements and electrically connected to the light-emitting elements; an insulating layer, formed on the wiring layer, the insulating layer having an opening portion exposing a partial surface of the wiring layer; a protective electrode, formed on the wiring layer and forming an electrical connection with the wiring layer, which may effectively provide anti-oxidation protection for the exposed surface of the wiring layer, so as to form a good contact with the solder paste during subsequent soldering.

    Abstract: A light-emitting module includes a plurality of light-emitting elements, a plurality of conductive pads, and a package layer. Each of the light-emitting elements has a light-emitting surface and a back surface opposite to the light-emitting surface. The conducive pads are disposed above the back surfaces of the light-emitting elements. The package layer is disposed around the conducive pads, and has a guiding structure which is formed between two adjacent ones of the conducive pads and which extends in a direction orthogonal to a thickness direction of the package layer so as to extend across the package layer. A display device including the light-emitting module, and a method for sorting the light-emitting modules are also provided.
