    Abstract: A microfluidic ion detection chip having a bubble brightening structure includes a substrate, an upper plate, two glass cover plates, and a foam board. The substrate is provided with a fluid mixing region, a lower optical detection through hole, and a lower gas flow channel. The upper plate is adhesively connected to the substrate and is provided with a sample outlet, an upper optical detection through hole, an upper gas flow channel, and two sample inlets, the upper gas flow channel and the lower gas flow channel are combined to form a gas flow channel. The two glass cover plates are respectively disposed at the lower optical detection through hole and the upper optical detection through hole. The foam board is provided with a foaming structure capable of generating bubbles and a surfactant coated on the foam board, the foam board is disposed at the gas flow channel.

    Abstract: An on-line detection system for defects of an MEA is provided. The detection system includes a workbench, two connecting rods are arranged inside the workbench, two ends of the two connecting rods are both connected to two side walls of the workbench by means of bearings, and conveying rollers are fixedly arranged outside the two connecting rods in a sleeving manner. One side of the workbench is fixedly provided with a first electric motor, and an output end of the first electric motor is fixedly connected to one of the connecting rods. Belt pulleys are fixedly arranged outside the two connecting rods in a sleeving manner, and a belt is arranged outside the two belt pulleys in a sleeving manner.     Abstract: A method for continuously preparing stable-type vitamin A microcapsules is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: adding vitamin A crystals and an antioxidant into a crystal melter continuously according to a certain ratio under the protection of nitrogen to prepare vitamin A melting oil containing the antioxidant; pumping the above melting oil into a high gravity rotary packed bed emulsifier with a liquid distributor by a pump, and pumping aqueous solution containing gellable modified starch into the above high gravity rotary packed bed emulsifier after deoxidation treatment to obtain vitamin A emulsion at the outlet of the high gravity rotary packed bed emulsifier; and atomizing and spraying the emulsion continuously in a cooled starch bed for granulating, and performing fluidization drying and gelation treatment in a fluidized bed by taking nitrogen as a drying medium to obtain the stable-type vitamin A microcapsules.
